    Heather was amazing, she got us in on a last minute car loan with the best rate and was such an amazing person to work with. After a crazy day of purchasing a vehicle with our two kids Heather was friendly, amazing and welcoming!! Taking our hard earned money to a business who appreciates everyone was not only impressive but refreshing too see!! We will definitely be going back and doing more with this credit union! Another amazing thing I took note of was our Tribal Identification is accepted and posted as a form of identification they accept, we support a business that supports our tribal communities!!!!

    Beware. Though so far Clearwater has been very helpful in navigating my issue ( resolution pending), the debt protection offered is a falsehood. That company gladly takes your money then like a snake backs out when it's time to honor their side. DO NOT waste your money in that respect. Clearwater has been good thus far. But the insurance company they use are a scam!!!

    Came in to get my name put on an account that I share with my husband and they had difficulty doing it. After waiting 30 minutes for them to figure it out and get put on the account we walked out about ready to close all accounts with them. I'm still getting calls to come down and put my name on the account even though we already did and we were told it was fine. We definitely will not bank with this Credit Union. And have since closed all accounts with them.

    When I moved to the Bitterroot Valley, I planned to quit using my old credit union in Colorado, but wanted to finish up my stock of printed checks first. Three years later, I'm still using that former CU through the CU Service Centers, and will likely never close that one and open with MFCU. The day I planned to open an account, I also brought in my change bottle (my personal savings plan) to count the money. I was then directed to a man in one of the windowed offices that faced the change-counting machine. He was extremely rude to me. I guess they don't value customers who have to bring in their change jar, and apparently, I interrupted his internet game. I stopped the 'interview' and just kept using the Colorado account. Since that experience, they have started charging me to count change and I have to come in to use the CUSC, even just for deposits. I've also heard the tellers gossiping, which is always epidemic in small towns, and extremely unprofessional. Sadly, if you weren't born here, you are a bother, and this kind of treatment is common if you are an 'outsider.' Customer service is dead and few people have social skills here.

    I'm always waiting at least 15 minutes before I'm helped. The hours are pathetic, only 9am-5pm? Isn't that when most of the world is working? How am I supposed to get to the bank on a day I work?! The tellers are nasty if you tell them you're in a hurry and seem to purposely take longer. Once my loan is paid, I'm withdrawing everything and switching! If I could give zero stars I would.
