Bought a necklace for my husband that ended up being a little short for him so I went back to see if they would trade for something larger. They were happy to help and gave me a great deal on new necklace. Great service Joe!

I believe this is the best pawn shop in Central Florida. They have lots of selections and the employees are very friendly and they try to be fair and honest with the customers.

Just got a great deal on an A/V receiver and a nice set of speakers. They had a great selection and the place was organized well. The staff was friendly and willing to work with me.

Offered an item at one price then wouldn't sell it for less than 2.5 times that price. I understand that a former employee had made the offer, however, I offered double the original quoted price and they still didn't take it. I guess getting 125% profit isnt good enough when you could get 150% and a bad review. +1 star for as least being friendly about it.

They were very rude...Rodney is on vacation and the guy running the place is rude. Hope Rodney is coming back. That guy will ruin the pawn shop...they do not work with u at all. Buddy went to buy diamond ear rings for me at Christmas time and they would not work with him at all. So he went on line and bought a bigger pair for much less. I'm glad he did. Rodney needs to get back.

The manager Mason was very kind and genuine. They gave me a great price, highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for fair priced jewelry and goods!

Always liked this place until today. Yesterday, Thursday i dropped off my wedding ring to be welded and cleaned... I was told it would be done Friday afternoon. So I call at 230 I'm told nothing has been done to it. I go to get it and they acted like it was no big deal, even the owner just shrugged his shoulders and sed I don't know what happen owell.... Really that's how customers are treated now, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND SPEND MONEY
