    This place can be kinda shady in their financials so make sure you know what you can afford and stick to it when you go in and don't let them add any warranties because they are a rip off. Also after just a few weeks the muffler rusted almost completely off. something they should have seen a mile away. Take the car to your own mechanic even if it sounds and looks good.

    At first it was a good experience for us service wise. They offered us the price which was more than our budget, so we had to walk out. Next day they called us, but by then we got better offer from Mentor Toyota, after listening to this they offered us price which was less then Toyota Mentor. So we went back to Bedford Toyota to finish off our paper work. While we were signing all the papers at that time they informed us that we have to pay more because of the vehicle color, which was more than the price offer we received from Mentor Toyota!!!!! We were highly disappointed as they knew from very beginning which one we were buying but they waited for last minute to increase the price.

    My wife and I researched a SUV since the auto show. Our last stop was when we walked in and met Earl Clark. He made our experience so enjoyable. He got us the vehicle we wanted ASAP. Earl also came in on his day off so we would have our vehicle on a sunny day. We had noticed we were missing an accessory that we had ordered and again Earl got it for us ASAP. Earl introduced us to the service team and showed us around so we would know where to go to service our vehicle in the future. Earl took so much time with us to explain all the features and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. He even hooked up my wife's IPhone for me. Our experience was wonderful.

    Terrible overall experience buying a used car from Toyota of Bedford. I drove 3.5 hours to get there to look at a car. It was a certified used car, meaning "tip-top" shape. Being certified, it comes with 2 additional warranties which I thought was excellent. During the test drive, I noticed a popping sound from the front driver side when going over bumps/potholes. My salesman assured me that it's covered under warranty, which I would get, but it may also be due to the cold. I took his word and bought the car, also traded mine in for $2400. Which they have listed for $6000 now. It popped the whole way home. I took it to my local Toyota and they gave me a $1000 estimate to replace the strut and other things. And surprise, NO warranty! So I paid $55 for them to give me that estimate. I called my salesman and he said sometimes it takes a couple weeks for Toyota to update the warranty. 2 weeks go by, nonstop calls to Toyota corporate/financing (in charge of certified warranty) and still no info on me purchasing the car or the warranty. When I call the dealership, it's the same thing over again, it takes time, we submitted everything, "they don't know what they're talking about". Finally a month later out of nowhere I get the warranty card in the mail, after I had bought parts to fix it myself which I paid to send back. Then comes the issue of an expiring temporary license plate. They are issued for 45 days. According to the ohio bmv I had contacted, legally they have 30 days to send me the title. Here I am 3 days from it expiring, day 42, and it's nowhere to be seen. Once again I hear the same line from the dealer, it should be coming(yeah, right). On that day the bmv for their county said the title was issued that day at their location and I could go there to get a copy. Which I'm not driving 3.5 hours to get it. I figure it'll be here the next day (I'm only in Indiana), or a couple days. Then I can get it sorted out before expiring. It showed up on the 20th, 3 days after the plate expires. What kind of reputable dealership does this? Now I'm driving around with expired tags till I can go register the car as I have work the next couple days. If you want a month and a half worth of headaches to deal with, this is the dealership to go to!!

    Worst dealership I've ever been to they are overly pushy and will call you round the clock about cars you have told them time and time again your not interested in also wasted 4 hours of my time making me false promises about putting me in the car I wanted only for them to tell me they couldn't do it and said they put me in the car I told them I didn't want ended up blocking there number and buying a car off Facebook and that was a much smoother experience I love Toyotas but avoid this dealership

    After confirming the truck we wanted was still available, we put a deposit down on in. 2 days later, we received a call saying "Hey, we're sorry but we sold the truck. We'll refund your deposit." I called the manager to get some explanation as to why they'd sell a truck that is technically already sold and and said he'd call me back with exactly what happened and see if he can offer us another vehicle. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. Selling cars isn't a difficult job, but these guys screwed it up in every way possible. Avoid at all costs!

    on Sunday 29th of July 2018; I bought a certified pre owned 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE silver color. I spoke to Dan (previously that day) the sales person over the phone about it, and he said they still have it and to look for him when we arrive there, which we did. He pulled the car for a test drive. I have to go back to my old car to take the baby chair to install to the car that we would like to test drive. When i came back Dan is nowhere to be found, instead Rebecca was there. I asked where is Dan? she said he got a headache and left (without any notice to us, or maybe we don't look convincing enough to buy car, lol). But lucky for us Rebecca took a good care of us. Later that day we agreed upon a price for that car. Kevin one of the manager, restore our faith by doing his job correctly, he assure me that they want to build a good relationship with us, thank you. the car it self needed a new side mirror. they promised us to fix it; which they did several day later because the service department order the wrong side mirror. On Wednesday 1st of Aug i came back there to take the car and finish the payment since we don't do the financing we paid off the car then. On the way back from there (on the same day) i noticed that there are problems with the rotor. it makes sound every time you hit the brake. My wife take back the car on the same day later that early evening. They checked it and Margaret promised her (in front of witness) that they will change our rotor (back and front) with a brand new original Toyota rotors. So, we have to wait for them to order the parts. She asked my wife to come back the next day. we were happy to hear that and our expectation is set. My wife came back the next day and had the car serviced. when she show me the car, i noticed that there are no (not a single) brand new rotors are installed, they just re-machined them. My wife said they/she not even explain what kind of service they did . I wish i can go there my self but i have to work, and my wife is not very familiar with car parts. So, I called her (Margaret) and she denied ever made a promise to change our rotor with a brand new one to my wife. we argued about it and she said it was missed communication. two minutes later my wife call her but suddenly shes not available. The Service/sales manager pick up the phone and admit that they did not change the rotors as promised a day before. they just re-machine it. When you buy a certified car, you want a piece of mind. (specially when you paid full, not financing) I'm a business owner my self and i know exactly that... When you do business, you need a trust. Its earned not demanded. We really disappointed (that's why it such a long review) We feel that our expectation was failed by them (specially by the service department). So guys, if you really have to do business with them, lowered you expectation or don't even expect much. Hopefully the other Toyota dealers are better than them. Learn from my experience. Ps: Thank you Rebecca and Kevin, we enjoyed our time with two of you guys. I would like to give only 1 star review, but the second star goes to the two of you guys.

    Great service, great people. Sandie was a pleasure to work with, as well as Dave. I was weary about buying a new Yaris and they offered me an overnight test drive - it was awesome. Even though I didn't purchase a car with them, I'd definitely check them out again in the future.
