    The worst auto finance company we have worked with. They made a mistake, owned up to it but took a month to reimburse us and our bank kept being overdrawn due to their error. Every time we called, the response was different. I used to love purchasing Toyota’s but this stress has changed my mind for future purchases.

    After I purchased a new vehicle, went through the contractural agreement and signed, I received a letter from Lexus Financial Corp stating I owe an additional stipend for excessive wear/tear on the old vehicle. Needless to say, I was gobsmacked, as the old car was in excellent condition with extremely low mileage. When I called Lexus Financial Corp, I was transferred (3) three times. Each agent, asking me the same information before transferring me to another person. Now, I know companies have policies and procedures but as a customer, I shouldn't be inconvenienced (my time is valuable). I should never hear the words "I can't help you!" Your agent(s) stated they understand but when you tell me "you can't help me" that isn't constructive or acceptable customer service. Lexus Financial Services failed to resolve my issue. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have a unwarranted penalty reversed. If I sign a contract, that should be the end of my fiducial responsibility. Needless to say, you need to do a better job communicating with your customers. After I end my contractural responsibility, I shouldn't be asked to pay additional funds. Period!

    This form of service is useless. When you will call you will encounter by a voice of man who doesn’t know anything aside from the options he is been designed to say. You can not even get to talk to a human being. Then when you call the dealership, the only thing that they are good at is getting your business. After that when you need their help instead of answering your call they will put you to talk to a voicemail (ToYota of Longo Prosper, this is you). This is just ridicolous TOYOTA, you never care about your CUSTOMERS!!

    I paid my first monthly bill yesterday. They charged me twice, and when I called to reverse the 2nd payment the woman said that I made the decision to pay two months so there's nothing they can do about it. I called back and explained the situation to another person who told me that he understands the error, but there's nothing he can do. Great 1st impression Toyota.

    Toyota financial is trying to steal money from my handicapped son’s bank account! He, nor I even have an account but they have tried twice to take money from my son’s bank account. I called the fraud department and they said there’s nothing they can do! I even have the customer id that is using his bank account BUT Toyota financial says it’s ILLEGAL for them to go into a customer account without permission, yet they can try and STEAL my sons money!! They are PATHETIC! I tried to give NO stars but then I can’t post

    Horrible, will never buy another Toyota again because of the financial services. They are always messing/ misplacing payments. Then when you call they laugh like it's no big deal.. embarrassing!!

    Toyota financial personel are some of the most dumbest, clueless and incompetent people I have ever done business with. This was the first time and it will be the last time I ever do business with them. Who the hell mails back a $22,000 check and don't know how it was sent or have any information for a tracking number in there system. Yes the check is lost of course. Final verdict. When asked they give the answer a five year old gives you. I don't know....I don't know. This is just one of the many retarded things I had to deal with. There isn't enough seconds in the day to go over every screw ball thing they have done. Stay away from Toyota. They'll suck you off to get you to buy a car but after that they pretty much kick you to the curb and reward you with incompetence and lack of ambition. I gave them one star because it couldn't go any lower. Now it makes perfect sense to me why ISIS was given a fleet of Toyotas. They are so hungry for money to make up for everything else they are lacking that they would easily sell out there own people to make a penny. If you don't believe me google ISIS Toyota. Unfortunately I bought a Toyota before they gave them a fleet of there vehicals or I would have never even pondered to get a Toyota.

    I would like to give this organization 0 stars but am required to give at least 1. They don't answer the phone and finally when they do provide incorrect information repeatedly so it's either on purpose or from lack of training. I'm calling to follow up again today on a claim started on June 12th which has barely moved. To top it off they are now sending me late payment notices because the claim they can't finish processing is now "behind" on payments. Stay away if you have the choice

    Literally the worst experience of my life with their total loss department. Crash happened in may and after 4 round of phone calls I am still dealing with the various ways the department has dropped the ball on my claim. It has cost me 750 dollars and counting on a loan for a car I have not driven in 4 months. Every time I have called the reps have been extremely apologetic because they can see in my notes that this is an internal problem but no one can seems to be able to fix it.

    They Sent my refund check to wrong address . So someone cashed it instead of me. then they wanted to have me filled application and sent it. So I did that as they instructed, I used certified mail sending the application. I can see that letter has arrived but when I called. The customer service said they haven’t received it. It had happened 2 times. Now I am going to try 3rd time. I am almost give up
