Chris Winzig and his team worked extremely hard for me in my home buying process, especially given today”s circumstances in the market. Chris was always available to reach and quick to respond. As a first time home buyer, Chris helped me understand the mortgage process and took the time to explain everything to me to make it easier to digest! Chris and his team are professional, trustworthy, and personable to work with. I would highly recommend him!

Chris Winzig is either lazy or incompetent or both. I specifically asked him to advise of anything negative on my ctedit report mortgage underwriters use and you cannot see. Not the same reports as Experian or TransUnion or Equifax you can get yourself online and brokers cannot show you the industry reports they are using because of an agreement they have with their special credit report company. You hVe to rely on the broker like I did and risk irresponsibility. I found three items he never told me about--two which were errors-- that affected my credit score and ability to get either a certain kind of mortgage or rate.He failed me over six months and I could have -- and ultimately did -- clear up the issues on my own but it takes a couple of months. Winzig just wants the easiest way to a commission rather than operate in the borrower's best interests. Better to use a savings bank where ethics and efforts are in your best interests and they care about you.

Denise Panza was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very start I knew she was ready to get down to business and get me into my first home. She was always available to answer questions and I always was in the loop of how things would roll out. Which as a first time homebuyer I was super appreciative of. Now 6 months after closing, couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
