Closed all my Peoples United Bank accounts! I advise you to do the same!

Best branch of People's United Bank. I use a handful of different banks, Mainly to not mix up business with personal or with a not-for-profit I have been involved with and then I also have layers on top of that. I prefer People's. Go with People's as your first choice. I have no stock on them, just a positive first hand experience

Worst drive thru service in the banking industry. The teller always seem lost and overwhelmed. High highly recommended Savings Bank of Danbury across the street

Always something with this place. This time the inside is conveniently closed in the middle of a Monday so my entire lunch break has been spent in this slow and long line through the drive thru. I’m just gonna go to the local supermarket people’s bank going forward where I never face hurdles

Had my first account here. Wouldn't waive a small fee when I was a teenager. Haven't put a dime in this garbage receptical they call a "bank" since, won't ever again. Trash bank. Trash employees.

I would rate -1 if i could. Staff is unknowledgeable and fails to tell you what is the truth. Manager was completely rude and failed to realize the mistakes of her staff. Closing my account and moving to a new bank.

Staff could answer little to no questions about my situation. Once we left, they promised a call back, never called back. Very unprofessional throughout everything. I strongly recommend the Chase bank down the street.

I have used People’s United Bank for my business and personal banking for years. They have been so very helpful and professional with all my banking needs!

Convenient location, drive thru with drive-thru at, polite tellers, however beyond all of those perks, they flat out were not willing to help with a request I made regarding my account.

The ATM line for auto is setup incorrectly; it’s behind the atm teller and you end up waiting forever! Very poor design.
