    Saturday 2/12/2022, went into the Branch in Brooklyn Park (for the first time since opening my accounts a year ago). I arrived and was in the Branch by 11:30 am (Branch closed at 12 noon) I wanted to see a Banker to open a Business Checking account. As I was walking in The “Banker” got up from his desk and went in the back of the office somewhere. I waited ( maybe 5-7 minutes) for him to come back out to his desk when he did, I told him I wanted to open a business checking account, he informed me that he had 1 person ahead of me and that I needed to get in line to check- in with a Teller ?? There were only 2 Tellers working, only 4 people ahead of me. They were Very Slow!! The Tellers needed more HELP !! I waited in line for 20 minutes!! By the time I finally get to the Teller I tell him I want to open a Business Checking Account, he shows me a paper and asks if I have all the items listed on the paper that were needed. I did !!! he than picks up the phone and calls the “Banker” ( who was done with the other person because I saw her leave!!) after hanging up with the “Banker” The “Teller” asks me if I can come back Monday!! because they were going to close. I told him NO, I had waited 25 minutes standing in line !! To be told to come back Monday!! (People we’re waiting in the bank by 12 noon and the line was out the door !!)I told the “Teller” to close my accounts, so he calls the “Banker” again who than came out to the front by the tellers to have me come back to his desk. Than instead of him opening my business account he said he could start it or something like that and I could finish it on-line Monday!! I told home to close my checking and savings accounts. So the time it took him to close my two accounts, he could have opened the new account I needed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LAZY BANKER !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION. (THEY DON’T DESERVE 1 STAR !!)

    Drive-up ATM is filthy and has been for weeks. I’d expect these to be regularly sanitized especially during flu season. I tried sending a message on their website AND calling a teller at this location to get it cleaned. Well, still nothing. I hope their banking is better than their cash withdrawal. EDIT: It got cleaned! If you want to be heard at TopLine, leave a Google Reveiew 👍🏽

    Ava/Eva and Tom were great! Ava has helped us with our fraud disputes twice before and she's been great - professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I came in for a notary and Tom greeted me with a great big smile and has a stellar attitude! You guys have a great team here at the BP location, keep up the great work! I hope corporate knows what kind of associates they have working for them, you guys keep this place alive! I'm not happy about having fraud on my account twice within a month period but my experience at your branch makes up for it.

    So I was having issues with sneaky sub hackers charging my account allmost 100 dallars a month and I called to have my card shut off and a new one opened up. I was told everything is set and this wouldn't be an issue anymore but next thing I know I get the same charges next month and when I call to figure this out they tell me my old card line is still open and the best they can do is give me a dispute form for a mistake they made so I would say this bank makes me have concerns.

    I am a member and we had a roofing emergency so I sold some personal items to a company which wrote me a check but I could not cash a $3000 check without a hold being placed. Now my family sets here in Minnesota as it's raining in snowing without a roof repair because I couldn't get my money? Banking sure make sense ****UPDATE****** NO one called from Topline and there's not much need to now. I went down the street to a Wells Fargo (which I'm not a member at) and they cashed my check (from a local business) for a $7.50 fee but it was easy and well worth it to get the roofers paid. Very glad there was a bank out there who looks out for people during these tough times. Just sad that I'm a member at a place for 10 years that doesn't.

    We received absolutely top notch above and beyond service from the staff and manager of this branch a month and a half ago when the person who wanted to buy our car (which had a loan through Topline) didn't have a certified check. The manager worked through the whole situation and even stayed after the closing hours to sort everything out. The person who purchased our car should also be leaving a review because they drove 3 hours and would have went home empty handed if it wasn't for this branch's manager and staff efforts. Can't say enough how impressive that was. I will continue to share with people looking for a new credit union and will consider them again in the future for my own business even though I am now located pretty far out of the metro area.

    Amazing service. I went in to open up a new credit card and refinance my car. I was helped by Admir and he did an amazing job at helping me accomplish what I needed. Great communication and great service. Highly recommended.

    Avoid using them for loans or online banking. Your loan payment notice will show up 2 days before you'd have to have it in the mail to avoid late fees. They "improve" their online banking from time to time making it dysfunctional for a while. They used to be good. Must have new management.

    I always get great service. Friendly folks, great loan department. Being a credit union I have low or no fees and my money is invested locally and best all its not in a big predatory bank.
