Been a member since 2019… there’s been many ups and downs with this bank. Many downs- Most frustrating part is their online banking app. They purposefully made it seem like you have more in your account, as in enough to make various merchant transactions. Then turn around and put you into the negative- just to charge you a 30$ overdraft fee?! Remember these banks make most of their money off you! So… say even if you overdraft by $1. You best be ready to pay back 30$?! For every transaction you make. I’d be looking for a new bank but I have way too much connected to my accounts. Once I reach a point with my financial goals… BEST BELIEVE- I’ll be going somewhere else or figuring out making my own bank with Life Insurance policies.

10 years with Topline. And someone said it best. Their customer support has gone down the drain. My family has a mix of 10 accounts with them. Checking and savings. I had fraud attempts on my account. They charged me $29 a pop. I also had to spend $29 for the stop payment. When I asked if I was on the hook for all of the fees the lady responded "We don't know if this is because of you or someone else". We'll be out as soon as possible.

I have had nothing but issues with the car loan program since my Car Dealership offered TopLine as a loan processing option. Ive tried to close the account my father had, he recently passed, and this company just keeps sending bills. I paid the total due twice; $2000+ the first time, and then they sent a bill the next month for $40 something, I paid that. They just called me this morning asking for $10 dollars, and also said they can't even cancel the card. Utterly useless

Debit cards get compromised a lot. Don't like that there's no way to tell which card was used in a point of sale transaction when my husband and I both have a debit card for the same account. Everyone I have talked to who keeps their money at a different bank is shocked that they don't put the last for digits at the end of a POS transaction on their app. I thought all banks did this and it's the thing I miss most from our old bank.

Have been a member of Topline for 30 years. Their overall service has degraded significantly. Tellers are inaccurate on transactions, drive-thru service is Very Slow, when problems occur with an account they are more of a obstacle than an assistance, some of their fees are applied with no justification.......keep this pattern and they'll see a exodus of members. Not sure where they get their signs that state Best in Business.......I dont think so!

Do I need $80,000 before getting a car loan? wonders shall never stop happening. I have been banking with topline federal credit union for over 5 years, I used to have a car loan that was paid off and a personal loan one time that was paid off a credit card that was paid off and another personal loan that I'm still paying on, what I can technically said my relationship with this bank is just excellent to the best of my knowledge. I did apply for a car loan which is $18,000 and a down payment that will come from me $7,000 so I'm going to be paying for that car note is $11,000 and the value of that car according to Kelley Blue book is $27,000 to $30,000 meaning the bank has nothing to lose even if I fail to do the payment because they have the right to take the car away from me and I will never put even five hundred dollars down payment on a vehicle and lost that vehicle much more$7,000 down payment. This morning I received an email from the banker Tiffany she told me that my car loan application has been denied due to my income which I later counter attack and see did not respond on that part but she said my elan financial credit card I missed two payments December and January which she asked me during the application time and I did explain to her that it was a mistake from the end of the other company because they put me on a payment plan they asked me to pay $200 and some dollars for December to February which I did, in the middle of January they asked me to pay some $78 I refuse because I was going by the agreement. So credit karma email me that I have a missed payment on one of my credit card, I checked it out it was Elan financial then I was so mad and I knew that these people can mesh your credit up I decide to pay the whole $8,000 right away without wasting time from my top line federal credit union account that was also explained to Tiffany. During my email conversation with this banker. she told me that late payment of Elan financial has put my credit score down to 702 that's why my application is declined, but I'm still wondering how many scores do I need or points to get approved for a car loan because I got a car loan from that bank long time ago my credit score was around 640 or little more, I got a house which is $226,000 with a credit score of 659, so I'm just wondering why this application has to be denied for missing two payment and to make sure my credit is not ruin by that financial institution I decided to pay everything off $8000. Even that explanation alone worth somebody's credit worthiness, since 2016 I've been having over 11 different credit accounts 0 late payment for over 60 months 0 late payment so I see no reason for missing 2 payment from a bank or financial institution that I was not at fault is counted against me and even if am at fault, but am putting down a down payment of $7000 my friend am not a threat to that bank. It doesn't made me feel bad at all because I know for the fact if I went to other banks or credit unions with that down payment I will have that SUV. God willingly June is coming I'll work harder for two weeks pay of their personal loan then I will never apply any loan with this credit union. God knows the best why this application is turn down, because even the income she was asking me to have on my 2020 tax return is $80,000 I doubt even herself is making half of that.
