Tompkins Bank of Castile Monroe Ave, Rochester

Lisa and McKenzie could not have provided better care, service and attentions to my mother's banking, period! They make you feel good about going to the bank. I've never experienced anything like it.

Bank of Castile is Awesome! The amazing customer service is beyond reproach. Everyone one does the most they can to address any issue you have, I cannot stress enough how well you are taken care of there. Of course I'd like all my loan requests approved and lower interest rates but understanding banks have rules to follow, they'll even deliver the bad news with a smile and ways to get that lower rate or that loan approved next time!

I've been going to this bank for 4 years to make car payments and I've never had problems. The past several months however they've had numerous problems with not being able to find my account, short changing me, overcharging me, claiming my payments are late, etc. I'm not sure if some system update is making a simple payment difficult to enter into a computer or possibly new staff members are not familiar with the accounts but at this point their mistakes are costing me money and negatively impacting my credit score. I think it's time for me to find a new branch.

Tompkins is awesome. I love the branch manager Lisa. She does banking the old fashioned way. She cares for her clients and delivers great service!

This is the best bank, I've ever dealt with tellers and customer service are the best.
