Nancy Frate is the best agent Premium Mortgage has, I will recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage. She is pretty much available to you 24 hours a day, she answered e mails on weekends and evenings. It was more than obvious she loves her job and truly cares about her clients. Tracy MacDonald was our under-writer and she was outstanding and kept us informed every step of the way. I had a great experience with Premium Mortgage. They were prompt, courteous, very responsive, and very informative. This was my first time buying a home, and my loan officer was very patient with all the questions I had throughout the process. They handled every aspect of the financing, from the initial pre-qual through to the closing, and did so efficiently.

At the end of it all, we got the house, in the beginning Amy was great, and the rest of our process was like pulling teeth. Had to send items numerous times to the Tina, the Senior Processor. Responses were short and many times unclear or a regurgitation of the line items in our welcome packet without further clarity. Updates on how the process was going and if we were on track were not a part of our experience. I almost didn’t write a review because I don’t like spewing negative reviews especially when it could just be a fluke, but I just found out a coworker is using them for a house she is closing on soon and is experiencing the same struggles. Both of our realtors highly recommended Premium, and if I’m honest my best guess is because Amy was great even at the point of having to interject in the roundabout conversations that we were experiencing. I wish I could rate higher but this is based on the general overview of our experience strengthened by the likened experience my co-worker is currently going through.
