    The bank lost my car title. Couldn't figure out how to update my address. Wouldn't call me back. Told me to pay $125 to the DMV to file for a lost title.

    Love the Exceptional Customer Service and the Friendly people. I will never to back to a Bank, where I was just another account number. At least here at TogetherCredit Union I am a MEMBER therefore I MATTER!

    Since the switch to together I've the "technical issues" which block online access have been plentiful. This credit union is not fit to handle anyone's money.

    Awful automated pay system for loans. Never works and super frustrating. During business hours, no one can get in touch with a real representative. Switching as soon as possible.

    This branch has consistently put checks in various wrong accounts. I would be very careful before choosing this bank as the bank you work with. Seems like they don’t care much about their customers.

    Scam credit union they funded a predatory loan and made promises they couldn’t keep and blamed it all on Chris who passed away why he was working with me and never finished the poor mans work then mike tornatore took over made a bunch of promises and led me on for months well guess what don’t wright checks your behind can’t cash absolutely the worse experience ever run from this scam credit union they helped dean team Volvo finance a deadly takata airbag car and just all around a bad lender there’s plenty of other credit unions who care not run and hide and make false promises and they will let any one call and have a tot your account information without authorization tisk tisk here’s a one star review you all earned it R.I.P Chris sorry they wouldn’t finish your work and sorry to your family for sending those messages after you passed I had no clue if the credit union actually cared I wouldn’t of done that!!! “Mike tornatore is a scam artist liar and cannot be trusted terrible business practices and highly unprofessional” you make me sick 🤮 your reviews tell all!!! Not to mention they talked to me about my wife’s account without her consent or verification which is shady business practices and they should not be discussing things with out verification from my wife I could of Ben any one how do u explain that one

    Been a member of ABCU. For better than 6 years, and today I will be making a change. Since the new name change direct deposit hasn't posted and the help I received was basically try again after 4pm or maybe tomorrow. They tried to say it was because of the holiday Monday, but in six years it never happened.
