The ladies at the Lago location for title cash now have always been very pleasant and friendly to work Kiana always assist me in making my payments.

To start off terrible customer service, only out for themselves , and not willing to work with you even when they know they're 100% wrong. They tried every trick in the book intimidation even bullying telling me they took notes and had it on file. Well guess what you can take notes, file it, remember it, heck you can get a tattoo of it but what's on that piece of paper with yours and their signature that's the contract. all that other stuff of taking notes you told me this telling me that if it's not on that contract it's nothing it's a fart in the wind just he said she said so make sure that you know what you're signing and understand cuz even if you're right they're try to say and do anything to make you think you're wrong.... Olivia Jones is she even a real person cuz I sure didn't talk to her take a message call me back lol yeah okay snakes every last one of them
