It’s always a hassle to give a payment. I always take all my hour lunch break waiting to give a payment, sometimes longer. The inconvenience of this bank is that their ATMs doesn’t allow deposit. Everything would be so much easier if they did. I’m pretty sure their lines would go down by a lot. Other than that, their staff are friendly. I have never had a bad experience. They give loans out pretty easily. They’re a great bank.

Let’s talk about that “new home branch “ rollout. No communication with customers. Requires a whole new enrollment but doesn’t actually put that information on the old app/new app/login screen for website. Hi continued trying to login without any understanding of why I couldn’t and then locked myself away from my money until Monday. Where I’ve been seeing a horrible reports of 5+ hour waits on the phone. I work Monday through Friday during the exact hours they are open, did they extend the hours to help with the issue they created? No. Have they given any one any kind of idea of when they’re actually going to be finished with the new app? No. But they disabled the old app without warning last Friday so you have no other choice. Whoever mastermind this roll out needs to be fired and possibly criminally charged. The fact that we have no recourse to hold you accountable for us not being able to manage our money properly makes me violently angry. The fact that you have a large percentage of elderly customers who cannot navigate this makes me even more irate. quit building brick and mortar and put more money into your infrastructure on the Internet. Because right now you are 10 years behind every competitor and that fact is now affecting our ability to handle our money appropriately. I would suggest going to any other credit union in Oklahoma and avoiding this one at all cost.

Slowest bank in history. Doesn’t matter if it’s a week day, weekend, drive through, lobby… I’m never waiting for less than 30 minutes. Waited in line today behind 2 people, was there for 35 minutes before they closed for the day. Ridiculous.

So I’ve been banking with TFCU since I was 16. I’m 25 now and I work full time as a teacher. I went in to get a car loan and got rejected. They said if I got a co-signer I would get the loan. So a couple weeks later I brought my dad in. We go through the whole process, takes nearly 2 hours when it’s suppose to take 40 minutes max. They end up once again rejecting me for the loan. They say my debt ratio is too high because of my student loans and that even with a co-signer I can’t get it. My dad tells them that he’s paying for them not me, so my debt ratio is not high. They didn’t care about that of course. They knew the second we walked in the place I couldn’t get the loan even with my dad co-signing. What’s the point of a co-signer? So they dropped his credit score for no reason and made us sit there for 2 hours for no reason. So apparently my debt is too high, but having a method to get to work to pay the debt is not important? Really nice. Love being a millennial in America. Hate this bank and I will be switching.

I'm not writing a bad review of just this location but the bank in general. I have been a member since I was a little kid. I have had a bank card for a few years now and it's the only one I have had or use regularly. It expired this month and I called member services to see what I needed to do to replace it and the lady said they would send me a new one in the mail and that the one I have should be good to use till the end of this month. Now I got my new card a couple of days ago and I went ahead and activated it versus waiting and went on with my week. Today I go to get something to eat and it's the first time I go to use this new card. The drive through tells me it is declined. I think okay maybe it didn't actually activate and I pull up and check my account and double check that the card is active. Good on both accounts. Now at this point I have already shredded my old card but I still know the info so I think no big deal I can go back through and pay for my food because they can put it in manually. Here's what made me mad and embarrassed by going through a second time and using my original debit card's information. It declined. So my thing is why even send me a new card if it's not going to work when I activate it? Why doesn't the information from my old card work now either? I can't get gas, I can't get groceries, and because member services is closed on Sundays I can't even call to figure out what the hell is going on, excuse my language. I'm infuriated and I believe with good reason. There's no way for me to leave a message or expect a call from them tomorrow either. This is the first bad experience I have had, and the app for my account still is down too, after weeks ago I received an email saying it was being fixed and I use it to deposit my work checks. You guys need to get it together. Nothing against this location, but I believe a word to corporate office or SOMETHING is needed. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Very friendly tellers. I needed to do a transaction through shared branching and they helped me quickly with no problem.

Sitting in this drive thru for 30 minutes so far. Very inefficient. And lobby isn't open for walk-ins.

Called this location about my account being charged overdraft fees even though when I check my balance it says I have plenty of money then when I check it again it charges me overdraft fees due to the fact of when they post the charges. I called the bank ask to speak with a manager and was not given any help at all when I said after this is all cleared up I’m closing my account she basically was like ok oh well

I opened a kids savings account quickly and easily. A wonderful associate helped me and they were also very sweet to my child.
