My father and mothers account was here. Dad was primary, mom secondary. When dad passed away, they froze the account. Mom called them and the Branch manager was very rude. Mom was beside herself. She told mom dad was primary and when she received the death certificate the person over deceased accounts will do what she says because she is the boss. Mom was in tears while talking with this woman who could care less because, how did she put it.....oh yes, because shes the boss. Moms deposits were direct deposits and takes a good 30 days to change, so she was left with bill's and no groceries. Your branch manager is a joke , your credit union cares nothing about its account holders, only about money. You have "employees " come to moms town quite often, but I can guarantee this story will go out in all aspects of social media. And to businesses in this town.

Great customer service, very nice facilities. BUT A BANK THAT MAKES A TON OF MONEY OFF PEOPKE DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC BATHROOM. WOW. lol

They charge ME $10 to pay THEM directly every money. So $120 goes to them instead of my loan. Switching banks as soon as I find a different option where the bank doesn't have fees for everything. Not like typical credit unions

I applied online for a savings/checking account on January 19, 2021 I go in person through drive-through to pay the $25 deposit fee was not asked for a signature I received the receipt for the $25 deposit and drove off. Later on that day I received an email from credit union one employee that They have documents for me to sign so I signed the documents electronically and I assume My documents were submitted well guess not. I received another email regarding those same signed documents saying that it was supposed to be an actual signature????????? Why did they not have me sign the documents when I made the $25 deposit fee!!! Well I don’t Check emails every day so I missed the emails that were sent to me regarding the actual signature so this employee at credit union one closed my account on 2/11/2021 due to actual non-signature. YES MESSED UP MYDirect deposit and caused a financial burden I believe this was done on purpose if not not sorry poor customer service.
We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. It's never our intention to do so on purpose. We'd love to talk with you, and see if we can rectify the situation. Please send an email to [email protected] with your name, phone number, and the best time to call.

Great rates! Friendly and helpful staff that are always quick to assist. The loan officer, Crystal is amazing! We love doing business personally with someone throughout the years. My only feedback is I would like another south location around Norman.

Keeping in contact with these people about any hardships you have during repayment of a loan does nothing. I haven't had a job for about 3 months and they still sued me when I've tried to tell them I can't make a payment until the first week of January. As if Christmas wasn't hard enough. Not everyone is doing well this time of year, and this place did not make things any better. I had a great experience before this and now I'm just mortified by the lack of customer service.

I got a car through them and was up to date on my car payments my insurance company sent them several declaration pages and a female manager got on the phone was very rude and aggressive and I explained I had insurance all while I had the car and she told me to turn the car in. I loved my car and the bank. I tried to talk to a higher up person and the lady would hang up on me when I called trying to speak to someone else. I loved the place and sent several ppl to them, but I can't do business with that lady being so rude. I wish I had my car back...

I've done business with them for 2 years now, and, for the most part, the experience has been decent. The auto loan I had goes through them, and I will say that I've had no issues at all with making my payment, etc. Most of the staff are very friendly, though when I traded in my vehicle last month, I called their main branch to inform them of the trade in. I wanted them to just note the account as pending payoff. After speaking to the first representative, I had to be transferred to the manager (for whatever reason). I was greeted, and essentially had to reiterate what I had told the employee I had spoken to prior. Before I could finish, I was cut off by "the manager" Ms. Kim(I think?). She became a bit aggressive explaining that I was responsible for my payment and that it would be recorded on my credit that my account was delinquent. I had to sit back and let her finish borderline threaten my credit. After that, I reminded that I just wanted the account to have a note stating that the vehicle was traded in and was pending payoff. Once again, she went to level 11 when it comes to aggressive. She informed that "No one has contacted us about a payoff!". I said "That's fine, I had used your online site for payoff information.". The entire conversation went terribly. Mainly because I have a seriously hard time dealing with unneeded and uncalled for aggression. Part of me thinks that she misunderstood what I was asking for them to do, but sheesh, at least let me explain before ranting about how I'm screwed if I don't make a payment. I understand fully, I just wanted to let you guys know that the car is about to get paid off by the dealership. After this all happened, I spoke with the dealership. Namely, the guy who did all of my financing (not sales). He told me that it was fine, that he had spoken to them and received a proper payoff value that should still stand, and that the vehicle would be paid off in less than 10 days. In closing, overall, I think Credit Union One of Oklahoma is a decent place to get financing for a secured, or unsecured loan. They have branches all over (credit union partners that allow you to use different banks to access your accounts). But seriously, the auto loan lady is kind of crazy. Maybe she just needs a vacation. I know I do.

I loved this bank until they changed their policy on computer generated paper paychecks. Until about 6 months ago funds were available immediately. Now takes 5 days for entire check to clear. If deposit on Friday they release $100 on Monday, $400 on Tuesday and the remainder on Wednesday of the following week. My company does not have automatic deposit. The good thing is you can have 5 free cash withdrawals at any ATM. I would have given 5 stars but the paycheck thing prevents me from doing that.
