The group at The Ruppel Team are, by far, the best team I have worked with for real estate financing. Char has been my ‘Go To’ person since he first helped me with a refinance on my primary home many years ago. I have to say that the experience was even better now that he has ventured out on his own. The Rupple Team mortgage lender was super efficient in processing our loan for an investment property. In particular, my wife and I wish to recognize Jim Redin, client services manager. He was incredibly easy to speak with , he explained the entire process, step by step, and provided his suggestions based on what we were trying to accomplish. He worked with other partners who were, in their own right , very knowledgeable and easy to reach with questions. Everyone was very responsive and timely. This was one of the fastest approval processes I experienced, want to say less than 3 weeks, or thereabouts. Thank you Jim for being the point man and seeing it through!
