We have had the pleasure of working with Joel several times with our homes and rental. He has always given us options, advice and has been good to communicate the progress of the transactions. His team has always been very professional and reactive to our needs. We get quick responses to our questions and information. He makes it easy to now call him a friend.

We worked with Vasiliy Korchevoy and his team on purchasing our first home and pleased doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel. We lived in Oregon and bought our home in South Carolina while Vasiliy’s office is located in Upstate California. So honestly you could go through them from wherever. We had a few hoops to go through with our business and Vasiliy was proactive in finding solutions for us. I work in customer service and in the medical field for quite some time and the level of professionalism from Vasiliy was astounding. Incredibly calm and cool. If you’re pretty anxious about your first home purchase you’re in good hands with this office. Our realtor was honestly not great, so the only hope we had that things would work out was honestly our loan officer. Will be using their services for all our purchases.

We have used Summitt Funding and Korchevoy Tram for our 2 houses purchases. We were thrilled with professionalism of the staff we had worked with, their dedication, explanation and stress less process!
