if i had to rate my experience on a 1-10 scale, i0 being the best. I would rate my experience with element funding an 11! Especially my experience with Mrs. Vickie. She made sure i was aware of everything and fully understood through every step.

From the initial phone call to get pre-qualified, till closing the experience was Great. The professionalism and personal touch given made the buying process easy. Everyone on the team there gave off a good energy and vibe.

Vickie is awesome! She always kept us in the loop with each stage of the process and went above and beyond to make it all work. She knows the VA loan process inside and out and is passionate about what she does.

Robin and his team were great throughout the whole process. If I ever had a question there was always someone there to respond in a timely manner. With us trying to move from a different state that was key because we were able to quickly get the information that was needed and there was never a hold up with the loan.
