I've always had a great experience with the team at this branch. I understand when the staff is busy servicing other customers, so I plan and have a backup plan in case I run into a time crunch. I needed a notary, wired transfers, and proof of funds services.
Hello Marty. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^mark

I am a "premium" bank of America customer. Notary here said it would be 45 minutes to get 1 document notarized. The Notary was doing teller duty. However, no customers were there, they were hand counting pennies. What a joke.

It's hard to believe I still do any banking at bofa. The service in the store was OK except they worked WAY WAY too hard to upsell you on anything possible. It was enough that I'd tell them no before they even said a word. Since it is now "temporarily closed', I had to call the 800 number, 432-1000. Worst service EVER. I hardly EVER venture out to call them, for I know it'll be painful. But I had to here, so I called today, 3/17/2021. I had to wait on hold 5 minutes, then hit 1 to get a call back. Got a call back 13 minutes later, she could not help me, said she would tie in credit card group. I asked, you mean dump me off to someone else? And she said no, I will tie you in. Then she dumped me off to credit card group anyhow. Another rep answered, I told them what I need, she said one moment and dropped me off to ANOTHER number, and 16 minutes, and here I sit. The. worst. It's bad enough to make me undo everything and go bank somewhere else, anywhere else. If you are looking for a bank that gives a damn about it's customers and has good service, don't walk but run away from bofa. What a train wreck their service is.

I tried for 2 years to like this bank. After tolerating the lack of staff, the inability to accomplish almost anything without an appointment, and being made to feel I worked for them instead of the other way around, I got smart. I pulled all my money and investments from this bank and moved over to Vystar. What a difference. Suggestions I would make for this branch to survive..... First, have more than one teller on at a time. Second, stop jumping on people as they enter by asking what they are there for. Money is personal and the whole bank doesn't need to know the customer's business. Not everyone wants to be escorted to the ATM machine. We all know there is one at the drive-through and would have gone there if we wanted to do business with a machine. Third, speed up the processes and learn the processes without having to make a million phone calls. Merrill Lynch's employee is a lovely young woman but absolutely not knowledgeable enough to be there alone. Training is very much needed. Perhaps people wouldn't have to make appointments if the workers didn't take forever to accomplish the job.

Half an hour wait and couldn’t get a notary to help. There was no one waiting but me there.

Do not try to get a loan with Boa. Been with them over 30 years, credit 780, had 3 times the money in the bank to buy the house we wanted a loan for, was pre approved for triple the loan amount we sought, income well over 6 figures, they dropped the ball a week before close and gave us some run around about why the loan wasn't approved yet. Totally horrible experience. We had to pay cash for our home. Will probably get an equity loan soon since rates are great.

Was told there was ONE person at this location that could answer some questions I have regarding retirement plans. Its been over a week since the one person who can help returned from vacation. I have left a few voicemails for them but they can't be bothered to return any calls. Terrible customer service.

Im sure this is a great bank, WHEN ITS OPEN! This place has been closed without proper notice for a very long time. You should provide more details - why its closed, for how long, and WHEN it will reopen so that we stop wasting our time. Also, update google maps info so that it says CLOSED and we stop wasting our time driving there. Its not like there is a BOA in every corner. So it really sux when you drive 30 mins to this place only to see a handwritten sign on the door saying temporarily closed.

I would not recommend this bank as a whole. I deposited a check last Friday and followed up to see the status on Monday. They gave me a 1800 number to call. I call the number and they tell me I can go to the bank on Tuesday and have a manager help get a draw from the check while its in a validation process. I go in and waste almost an hour to be seen. I talk with a lady there and she called the 3rd party that the check was orginated from and told me there was insufficient funds from the check. I called the person who wrote me the check and she said the money was pulled from her account. I called and emailed the bank and they said now we are still validating funds and I have to wait until the 12th to access my money. This wasn't a huge some of money and I will be taking my business else where for future banking. The way this whole situation was handled was confusing and a huge waist of my time. I am very disappointed in how they do business and from being told the check was insufficient and then being told its in the matrix system and they could not help me as my bank is just ridiculous. I have never overdrawn my account the entire time I was a customer with them. I finally get an email back saying that its in my best interest and they are protecting me if the check would not clear. They clearly have the money from this check and instead of being honest with me and telling me they want to add it to a pull of other customers they do the same thing too, while they collect interest. This is 2019 it doesn't take 14 days to process a check. Thumbs down to this whole process.

Edited to reflect the bank as a whole. If you ever need to actually visit the bank, then BofA probably isn't for you (it's not for me). They have actual "bankers hours" like the jokes made about banks. 4pm and closed? No Saturday hours? I stick with the folks at this branch were helpful and friendly, but I need a bank that's open when I can visit.-- --Original review below Went in today to migrate my accounts to BofA, entire staff was friendly and eager to help. Everything explained very well and all questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. Hope service like this continues.
