I have worked with The Muncey Group twice now - First, Josh helped me purchase my first condo in 2013 and then 8 years later, Morgan just helped me sell the same property. Morgan and Josh are both extremely professional, responsive and helpful. Most recently selling with Morgan as my agent, she guided me through the whole process from staging, photographs, open houses, inspection, appraisal, fire inspection, real estate attorney all the way to closing. I felt that she always had my best interest in mind when it came to both listing price and comparing offers as they came in. She spent many hours and weekends hosting open houses and conducting private showings to make sure there was visibility on the listing and traffic to find the right buyer. I worked with Morgan Johnson (Muncey Group) when purchasing my first condo - she was amazing! Morgan did a great job of finding suitable places that would fit my budget/needs/location – I really loved the online platform she used which listed all the potential properties in one location. As someone who was a first-time buyer, I was pretty nervous about the process. Morgan made the whole thing as stress-less as possible, educating and supporting me with the whole process from start to finish. She has even checked in a few times now that I have closed and living in the condo. She recommended a great closing attorney and home inspector who also did an excellent job. I recently worked with Morgan Johnson at the Muncey Group to purchase my first condo, and it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Morgan to anyone looking to work with someone attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Morgan did an excellent job finding places that fit my budget and the location/amenities that I wanted. Ultimately, I purchased a newly-updated condo from a listing that she sent that has all of the major things I wanted. Morgan did an excellent job on the offer process. I offered on the lower end of her pricing analysis, and my offer was still the best at only 3.5% over asking. The analysis also stood up to my lender's appraisal process, and the appraiser came back with a home value that matched my purchase price, so I did not have to cover any difference. However, Morgan really shined leading up the closing. My closing faced some unfortunate delays, but Morgan stayed on top of the Seller's agent, and she was always willing to advocate for what I wanted. This included ensuring that the Seller adequately made some minor repairs to the unit prior to purchase. When we did finally close, Morgan brought the keys to my new place to my office. Morgan was nothing but professional throughout the whole process, and I am honestly grateful that she was my agent for what was one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

Despite those challenges, they made it easy to get the property prepped for sale and handled all of the logistics.
