He explained to us the steps we were going to go through in an easy to understand way. When the time came for us to send in paper work we used an app that was very easy and secure to use. Every time we would go on to the next step he would email us a video that was personalized with things to do or not do in that step process. The pre-approved letter was well detailed with a breakdown of what to expect to pay for mortgage, insurance, closing costs, etc. Whenever we had questions he would answer them as honest and prompt as possible. What I really liked about Robert was that he always had different options available and found many ways in order to help us get the loan all approved from beginning to end.
