The First State Bank S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City

The “manager” Joe Manowski is extremely rude and unhelpful. He seems to have a Napoleon complex and he acts very misogynistic. The loan officer, Sally Weatherford” is also rude and short tempered. I can’t believe these people think they can treat bank customers they way they do and it will be ok. They charge fees for everything you can imagine. They were always taking money from our account for some “fee” without notifying us. DO NOT BANK HERE if you think you should have full control of your money. Worst banking experience ever! No stars would be given if that were an option.

The worst bank for business owners!!! my business was denied for a loan because I personally day traded stocks on a previous years tax return. I was told the reason for my denial is First State Bank is a conservative bank and we don't loan to people who day trade stocks even if it was in previous years!!! My advice is don't depend on this bank because they will let you down!!! I was made to feel like I did something illegal by owning stocks in the stock market... I use a dozen or more different banks and have never experienced this amount of absurdity from another Professional Bank

The staff at the Midwest City branch is exceptionally helpful and professional. Joe goes out of his way to make things happen for his customers.

I don't leave bad reviews, only good reviews when a business deserves it. I will make an exception for this place. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANK!!!!!!
