    On 4/1/22 I made a cash deposit at the BOK ATM at this branch. Deposit was made at 5:21 am. The deposit was never applied to my account. On 4/4 I called regarding this matter. A provisional credit was applied to my account while under investigation. On 4/18 that provisional credit was reversed. I had not been notified. I call the bank again. Was told the deposit could not be verified, the case was closed and nothing more could be done. I was never ask to provide a copy of my receipt, which I had. I was mailed a letter from the dispute department on 4/11 that I did not receive until 4/18. I took my receipt to this branch on 4/18. No copies were made, however, they took the information from the receipt. At that time I was told this would take 7 days to resolve. Today I follow up by calling to check on status of dispute. Today I am told this could take up to 45 days to resolve. Every time I talk to someone I am told something different. I have never had a problem with this bank in all the years I have banked with BOK. However, this is a major issue to me as a cash deposit is something you should not have to worry about. We are now going on 3 weeks with no resolution. My advise at this time would be to find a different banking service.

    I went in to ask for information and was treated very rudely because I don’t have an account here. I was not treated like a potential customer, but like a nuisance. The male employee working next to the woman I was speaking to took over our conversation and basically (by his face and tone) told me they were not going to even try to help me. I asked her if they could provide a service, and he asked if I bank with them. I told him I don’t. I asked her if they offer another service, and he said sternly, “Only for our clients.” (Please note that he had his own customer standing in front of him.) I would consider opening an account with a bank that offered these two services that I am looking for, but this man didn’t even give me the opportunity to ask my questions or offer to talk about opening an account so they could help me. They were not busy; there was no excuse for him dismissing me the way he did.

    I was treated with kindness and personal courtesy. Especially since, I did not know the bank was going to close in a few minutes. I didn't know their closing hours changed to 4 PM. Though with a few minutes left before closing, staff members were kind and courtesy to me.

    Normally love this bank but this morning I waited in line. The gentleman at the counter just looked up, said nothing and waited for me to approach him. Then just stared at me at the counter til I told him what we needed. Just to see how far he would take it I let the whole transaction go like this. Mike Murry is either mute or needs to work on his customer service. If I walk back in and he is it, I will not be doing business with you that day.

    For starters the front doors are no longer used, guess they were having major virus penetration from those doors. Secondly, once I did make it down the building to the correct, non viral doors, they were locked. Ten minutes before close. Oh but the drive through is open, except what I need can’t be done in the drive through! Oh look it’s not even 5 and I had time to do all this! 🙄

    Been a customer for 15 years. Pulled up one evening 5 min before 5pm. They close at 5pm. They made sure to get us all! That's dedication.

    Employees are rude, slow and unsmart. Drive thru is horrible. They steal from customers just as much as Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
