WONDERFUL!! We worked with Daniel McAteer and Heather Parker on our cash out refinance. Both were SO friendly and helpful and just a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend - or suggest - asking for Daniel! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Heather has her 'stuff' together. She's a GO-GETTER, and yet she takes the time you need. Both of them were there to answer any question we had (no matter how silly we thought it may be) - and neither one of them laughed at us or made us feel as silly as our question may have been! Thank you Daniel - for everything! Thank you Heather - take a REAL lunch every once in a while!!!

Very Disappointing. Took longer than expected to refinance, even after they had all my paper work. I received 8 different appraisals to continually review and sign. Since my monthly payment is higher than quoted, I think they must have changed some on the numbers during these 8 sets of papers to review. On top of that, they did 2 inquiries, which takes a hit on your credit scores. They should have only done one. Even though I inquired as to why, I never received an answer. This was a better experience that I went through with Wells Fargo, several years back. If I need another home loan or refinance, I won't use these people again.

This was such a pleasant experience! I was so nervous about purchasing my first home but they answered all my questions.

My refi was so easy! I was in the middle of getting a divorce while caring for my 3 month old baby alone. The last thing I wanted to do was refinance my home. I called Texas Lending to see what my options were or if I would have to put it on the market. I spoke with Brenn Miller and he handled everything from there. He went above and beyond to get my refi completed. If I was busy, he would help me get the information or documents and always kept me up to date. I never thought that a refi would be so easy and I am so grateful that my son get's to stay in the home that was intended for him. Seriously, call Brenn!

The process was very easy my loan was closed within a few weeks. My loan officer was always helpful and quickly responded to all of my emails and voice mails. Overall it was a great experience and I will use them again.

Everyone was great and professional. I just didn’t like how they push a title company on you. Choose one that is convenient for you. Going with their preferred will not save you money.

This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review on a company. I went with Texas Lending after a pleasant initial phone interview in which I was told that the process would take about 30 days to close. I have now 34 emails from three different people over the last 3 weeks. I have provided all the information they have asked for within 24 hours of request and we are now 45 days into the proces (2 weeks after our original close date) and will have to get the contract signed again due to the delays. I have left voice messages that have not been returned (1 of which was left 9 days ago). Information has been sent to one employee only to have another make the same request 5 days later. This is the third property I have purchased in the last 10 years and the only one I have had any problems with. If you are considering using Texas Lending, don't!

I would recommend Texas Lending to anyone who want to do a cash out equity loan. There were there to help with every step and it went fast. They kept me posted to what comes next and when to do everything.
