She made this whole process go much better than I anticipated. She went above and beyond to be available to answer questions (available at all times by phone and email and quick to respond). I would highly recommend her to anyone!

If I had a question and she was unsure of the answer, which did not happen often, she was not shy about telling me she would check and get back with me and she always did in a timely manner. In my experience, this is the sign of a true professional.The mortgage process was fast-paced, completed ahead of schedule and designed for the computer savvy individual.

Use a different company! I completed all the paperwork online, and were in communication with them for a few weeks. We ended up deciding to try and purchase a home sooner than expected and they seemed to move at a snails pace. I thought the responsiveness was poor and after supplying everything that was requested we just stopped getting any emails. We tried 2-3 times to reach out and check on the status of our loan and got nothing in return!
