As banks go this place is the worst. Only reason I’m still with them is because I’m a teamsters member and we can get decent rates. The employees seems annoyed every time you ask them to do something. They always try to push you to do it online... that systems interface is terrible to navigate. Tried applying for a loan and they never got back to me. Tried a second time and had to go out there in person to finally talk with a loan officer. It’s a constant struggle to deal with them. I’m slowly transferring all my banking needs to US Bank who actually want your business.

Horrible credit union with staff that does not care. Someone scanned my debit card and stole $850 on Google play at the end of February 2020. I just now looked at my online account and noticed the credit union denied my claim even after a police report and me calling google. I have spoke with them more times than I can remember regarding this claim. I have NEVER had this happen to me before. IF you care about your money please do not bank here.

I deposited a check from my other bank account, into my teamsters bank account. It came out of my u.s. bank account that night. 5 days later it's still not available in my teamsters bank account and the teamsters claim its US Bank holding it!!! When I spoke with US Bank they said NO the teamsters should have received notification the first day that the money was available!!! They are downright liars and completely unprofessional!!! I've been with the teamsters for going on 15 years... Got to say I've been a huge fan so far!!! But the teamsters credit Union which I just joined, is putting a really bad taste in my mouth. Unless your intention is to never have your money readily available, because you never want to spend it. Do not use the teamsters council 37 credit Union you'll be met with nothing but disappointment!!!

Great Credit Union. I have been doing business here for over 20 years, and have always had great experiences with the employees. The new app is great, and makes depositing checks a piece of cake.

They changed there hours to where there only open 4 hours a day at the Salem credit union except for Friday there not a professional at all.

I've been with them a loooong time. Great service, great rates. Helpful, friendly. I recommend them to anyone.
