TD Bank Nahatan St, Norwood

I've been with TD Bank for many years. One day meant to do a deposit in my account but I clicked withdraw by accident and my account went under the required amount so was charged a maintenance fee. Iadded in the funds right away to reverse it and called customer service the next day. They refused to refund my fee and told me to go to a branch. Fast forward 60 days later finally have a chance to go to the branch but they could not reimburse the fees because it is apparently over the allotted days. They originally said it was 90 days but the system did not allow them to reverse it. spoke with the manager and there was absolutely nothing else in the world they could do so elected to close all 3 of my accounts with TD. hope it was worth it. It is not always about the fees but it's the principals.

This branch is absolutely 💯 awesome! Everyone is so friendly and helpful its truly refreshing to find such a pleasant atmosphere to do business with. Started out going for a company account and just opened a personal one because of the positive experience with the entire team.

The employees are very cheerful, nice bank, good packages and offers, and the service is really wonderful. I appreciate a lot. I recommend everyone to visit and try.

I was cashing in Savings Bonds last week. The teller was so friendly and kind. Answered all my questions efficiently and took care of my bonds in a timely matter.

My favorite local bank. Whenever I have to go into the branch, it is easy and painless. The branch staff is friendly and accommodating.

Went to this branch on the way home from a race. The atmosphere is great as the branch is set up like a livingroom. The teller counters are open and inviting, there is a couch and a TV and the employees are walking around instead of being stuck behind a desk. I walked into this branch with a issue and walked out with a solution, nothing more a customer could ask for!.

12 days for a payroll check to be cleared, not very convenient at all

Asked bank teller for help to withdrawal and she told me I could walk outside to the drive thru arms so instead I go back to my car drive up to the drive thru atm and can’t take out the amount that I need. So I had to go back in to get the rest of my money. Very unprofessional.

Why? Just why will you be closed?
