I waited in the exterior lobby for the bank to open. At about 830 am (opening time) a male employee (identified by customer service as Carlos) yelled to me from behind the teller counter (across the bank) they would not be opening on time because they needed to get into the vault. I have no idea what that means. Why they didn't come to the door to explain it to me without yelling across the lobby baffles me. At about 836 am Carlos walks over to the door, opens it slightly to tell myself and the other waiting customer they will not assist us in the lobby, we needed to go to the drive thru. My husband and I went to the drive thru. I asked for his and his co-worker's names. Carlos refused to provide their names and said "it's company policy" to not provide their names. This is in fact not true. TD Bank's policy is to provide their first names. I took a photo of him so I could later identify him to his supervisor, if needed. Carlos told me through the speaker he did not give permission for his photo to be taken and would be calling the authorities on me. Overall this was a poor experienc. I'm disappointed we were yelled at from across the lobby, the employee refused his name, lied about company policy and threatened police action against a customer. It's clear Carlos has some additional customer service training needed. I have been a customer of TD Bank since 2006 or so. This is the first time I have ever been treated so poorly. I hope to hear from Mearg or his supervisor soon to discuss the situation. I'm happy to update my review if the resolution is reasonable.

Todays Tuesday at 3pm- lobby is closed, this is not posted on the site just a sign on the door. The atm in the lobby does not accept deposits, not sure why, maybe because it’s full? Either way, the line for the drive thru is so long. TD bank please post this on your site next time so your customers are not wasting their time

Most unprofessional bank ever. DO NOT GO HERE! Ana was very rude and unprofessional. She’s had no knowledge of her job at all. She couldn’t answer questions as simple if a simple account could be open it not. She talks to customers with a unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She defiantly shouldn’t be working at a bank. ANA IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB DON’T WORK THERE. Nobody wants to go to a bank that holds your money for you to get treated like that .

Excellent Customer Service!! I went there to open a bank account and the people there were super nice and resourceful. Elvis ( Manager) he came and greeted us and connected us with, Trang Fair, one of the best representative we have met so far. Trang made sure what my needs were and offered me the best products available. She handled everything professionally. It kind of made me feel like I wanted to work around great people like them! Go check them out!

When I opened an account I explained that I had recently married and had not updated my social security card. She said it wouldn't be a problem to open account in my married name. Of course a week later while trying to buy something I find out my card has a hold because she is incompetent. It also can't be fixed over the phone and I have to waste my time going in person to resolve an issue that wouldn't have happened if people know how to do their job properly. Wish Chase had Virginia branches never had issues with them and was only changing banks because of a move. Hopefully the next bank I try employees competent employees.

Yesterday I went to the bank wanting to make a transfer of money from my account to my son's account and the cashier, a young dark-haired man, did not notice what his name was, he told me that he could not do it, the best thing he could do was send a money order or send it through Western Union. Terrible service 😡

Drive thru only on Sundays...would have been nice if specified on the drop down menu. Was still able to make deposit via drive thru thankfully. Other than that, please provide info to customers for reference just in case.

I have experienced nothing but great customer service at this branch, from the person greeting me as I walk in, to the wonderful Trang Fair, the young lady who helped me open two checking accounts and apply for a credit card. I have nothing but praise for TD Bank at Seven Corners. Efficient, courteous, and helpful.
