Very nice and very clean TD bank. I mostly use ATM here, and sometimes go to a Teller or a Banker. I loved the way the Banker (I think he is a manager there) took care of me. So far, very smooth and easy transactions)))) The ATM used to give only $20 bills, but now it gives $50, $20, $10, $5 bills. I never used drive throug.

Worse bank ever and highly incompetent employees. We went there a few months ago, in person, to pay off our mortgage - pretty important, right?! An elderly woman (behind the first desk to your right) said she could help us and even after contacting a main branch to ask for assistance, still had no clue what to do with our check. When I asked her if I should make the check out to TD Bank, she said "well duh." Then after almost 2 hours, she "deposited" our check, gave us substantiating paperwork and sent us on our way. Three weeks later we get a bill for the mortgage! We go back to this same bank and ask to speak with the branch manager. The elderly woman sees my husband and says loud enough for him to hear - "watch out for him, he's a trouble maker." When we present our paperwork from 3 weeks prior, as well as a copy of the cashed mortgage check by TD Bank, the branch manager has no idea where our check was deposited! When he calls over the elderly woman, she's as clueless as before and the paperwork she sent us home with, with an ID number, makes no sense and can't be found. So after another 2+ hours it was discovered that the elderly woman deposited our final mortgage check into an account that made no sense whatsoever and had no explanation as to what transpired previously. Do not waste your time here with anything important, such as a mortgage. The staff are extremely rude, condensing and highly inexperienced. I would give them zero stars if I could. As a side note - having someone represent the business with unkempt waist long hair and 2 inch acrylics is in no way professional. At any other respectable business establishment HR would have been notified and this would have been taken care of.

Thank you so much to the lady that served me at the drive-thru today... for honesty that the cash deposit I gave her was $100 over. I'm sorry i wasn't able to get her name... she was wearing like cream colored dress and beautiful.

They are ok, not the worst I seen but ABSOLUTELY not the best, they are slower then other TD banks. TD Banks seems to be hiring more customer service reps I see more tellers on the line in the past few weeks. ALL banks are the same, crooks!!

I went to the drive-through, at the Phillipsburg bank ,to make a deposit their hours on the drive-through wall say that they open at 8 AM every morning. When no one came to the window I called the bank the message came on and said they were closed but gave me their hours and they said that the drive-through opens at 7:30 AM. So I am at the window at 8:00am along with three other cars finally at 8:09 AM a Sue comes out to work. If you're establishment opens at 7:30 AM then you should be inside that booth to work at 7:30am. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The people in this bank are rude especially Sue. I made a cash deposit on the same day my mortgage was pulled out and they charged me with an overdraft because my mortgage was taken out at 1 AM I made the deposit the same day before they closed and they still charge me an overdraft fee. I bank at Provident Bank when I have something automatically withdrawn as long as I make my deposit that same day I am not charged an overdraft fee. When I told that to Sue she called me a liar! If I didn't have my mortgage there I wouldn't bank there. I am going to refinance and get out of that bank. They don't even deserve the one star that I gave them!!

TD Bank in P Burg used to be a terrific bank, but recently the customer service has gone WAY DOWN. I had THREE BUSINESS ACCOUNTS THERE, and they had adopted a recent snarky attitude, no tellers inside the lobby, no idea after 5 YEARS who you are by name,. and a recently hired female teller that was flirting with a male trainee at the exclusion of waiting on customers.. I was virtually left ignored in line,. while she continued flirting and with a totally unprofessional and uncaring attitude... I requested after a minute or two that she wait on me (hello, the CUSTOMER), and she began a tirade of slamming drawers and computer keys ,because I had interrupted her date pickup ! I was never so insulted or appalled in my life, and then complained to higher echelon (which I found out is nothing basically at ALL with this bank),.. I have not heard back with an apology nor a response as to why they would want this new tyrannical teller to act this way to their best business customers... So .I am now investigating other banks at this time.. (YOU BET )...Too bad, TD! Advice: if you want even MORE of your valued customers to walk, hire some more snarky tellers ...(additionally), to amplify your already ridiculous wait times.and ladies of the evening moonlighting tellers .. :(

Worst bank ever!! I was told one thing when I opened the account now is something completely different... The bank manager Robert had a poor tone when I tried to explain my situation also the assistant manager Susan had no intentions in helping me out even after I explained my situation. Take your business elsewhere. Very angry and disappointed with td bank and its management....

Website drivethru hours need to be update . Says open till 3p . I was there at 1:19pm (today, a saturday) and they were close . The website needs to reflect the correct hours during this time.

This use to be the most convenient bank. Not any more. Hours were earlier than other banks ,Not any more. It should be TD Bank only. The most convenient needs to go away
