The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. The lady who helped me ( her name is Chasity) was so rude and not helpful. She seemed like she was in a rush to just leave and not help. I just needed an international wire transfer and she seemed clueless to the process. She wasn’t paying attention to any information I was giving her. Later on I asked for the manager and she decided to lie and say she was the manager, however I know this place and know the manager. I asked for the real one and she brought out Dominic and even her attitude was worse. I wish I could give this place zero stars because their attitude and rudeness is unacceptable. This place needs to hire more respectful people. Might be changing my bank after the disrespect I received today !

Thee absolue worst TD Branch from New York to Canada! The wait times at this particular branch are unusually very long most days. The management provided excuses for always being understaffed prior to the pandemic. Like so many industries, the pandemic has given this branch, the perfect protective coating to rationalize - having one teller behind the counter during peak business hours. I’m not buying it, because this was common practice since this branch opened long, long ago. In contrast to the 125th St. and Frederick Douglas Ave. TD Bank - TD Bank on Lenox has adequate staffing during peak banking hours. The management greats people and they are very friendly. The service is fast and it is truly a more convenient experience than it’s neighboring cousin to the west. Thus the slogan « The Most Convenient Bank » is nothing more than mere words posted on the wall for décoration at the FDB branch. There is nothing convenient about waiting 30 - 40 minutes in a bank on any day or time of the week (even if 3 people apologize for the inconvenience). Hands down this is the the Worst Branch EVER! Perhaps « The Most Inconvenient Bank » would be a more fitting slogan for this branch.

It is safe to say that everyone don't all have the same experiences. With that being said, I am giving this TD Bank branch 4 stars because anytime I have went to this branch, I have never experienced an issue. In fact, I find the Banking Personnel and the Bank Tellers here to be very professional and efficient in their jobs and handling customers needs. As for the wait times, people have to consider that with any location serving a high volume of people, like this location in Harlem does, you should plan the best times to go to the bank. Early mornings (when Bank Opens) Mondays-Thursdays and Friday before 12 noon are fair times. You can get in, take care business and get out in a timely manner. Now Fridays, late afternoon and Weekends are some of the worst times to bank. This is especially the case on Pay Friday and right now with Stimulus Checks, Unemployment money and Tax Season taken place, you gotta learn to pack your patience. But overall I am grateful to have a TD Bank branch in Harlem (now we have 2 -- this one and one on Lenox Avenue) that serves our people and is conveniently located.

Worst experience ever, Set for 45 minutes waiting to replace my debit card. Cancel because the wait was too long. We'll never visit that branch again.

Terrible attitude, demeanor and disposition from Chasity Henry who is an eye sore for the banking industry. When employees like her are rude and unprofessional as she has been, one has to blame management. This branch is poorly managed especially compared to its sister branch near Harlem Shake. That branch has far better management than this one and if TD Bank is smart they will consolidate both branches into one, fire all of the employees at this branch and rehire employees that represent the mission of TD bank.

Probably, the worst TD Bank branch ever. Unprofessional, inconvinientless, pointless and just waste of time. Pets are allowed here.

Waited 2 hours to see someone and was never told there was a third line for customer service. Now I have to wait god knows how much longer. Unacceptable TD Bank. Will defiantly look for banking elsewhere.

No business has responded less efficiently to the pandemic, than TD Bank. The amount of time I have wasted dealing with their lines in the rain and hot sun.....along with the new “sign in process” is just insane. This is definitely not a bank of advertised convenience.

This place is so unprofessional and GHETTO. They treat their customers with no respect as if someone is doing fraud. I walked in to withdraw $1700 from my checking account which I waited 10 days to clear. With all the right documents. To walk in and LOPEZ the manager to put my account on hold for no reason. With out any question being ask. Stating that my deposit has to go though the fraud department which it did for 10 day before being cleared. Embarrassed me in front of people and told me to bad. Being a loyal customer at TD BANK I did not deserve this kind of treatment. I did not deserve to be treated as a criminal. I walked out this location now with a $0 balance due to wanting to take out my hard working money. I don't understand WHY he had to go though my account if all i wanted to do was take out what belongs to me. I wish i never walked into this location.

As a black person I'm only further annoyed and disappointed that yet another place with primarily black workers is the slowest, least functional TD bank in the area. I understand 125th St has more people, but I'm standing on line as I type this, and it's been about 10 minutes already. There are 11 people standing here. Doesn't help that this place is full of chatty elderly people who don't know when to move it. 0/10 would not recommend this bank again unless you plan on wasting your time. Slow, hot, unmoving and definitely has a ghetto vibe, sorry to say.
