The person who posted a comment saying that this branch is different from the understaffed branch at 125th and Frederick Douglas must not have come here in a long time. I came here to see a teller and there was a line of 10 people and only one teller. There were also two female employees seated down staring at their computer screens. It's hilarious that these two branches is what TD Bank has to "offer" to Harlem residents.

I would have to say in all honesty this is one of the more low performing TD Banks. The staff here feigns a politeness that is so obvious and they carry it on as though it is a substitute for quality service. Quality service is just that, quality service. This branch does not offer quality service. There are other TD branches in the city that aim to. It’s unfortunate that these under performing places just don’t shut down. This branch is as equally as terrible as the other branch a few blocks over. It’s pathetic that these two are the only locations “servicing” the area, and more importantly that people who come to expect quality service would waste their time here. Per example Keion is one of the worst employees but definitely isn’t the only one, in fact a vast majority of the employees are just as bad.

I went to this TD location 02/23/2021. I used the barcode to log in and waiting on a representative. I saw that i was 7th in line and was told by the security to wait outside (which is understandble in this pandemic and me being a Registered Nurse) . As i was waiting outside i noticed that the security allowied 2 "white" men inside the bank out of the cold but i disreguard that and waited patiently outside. When i saw that i was next in line i went where the ABM machines are. That same security came and told me to go back outside, I boldly told him NO and outlined his blatant discrimination, he went back inside. NB.After I was passed twice by a representative although the app said i was next . When it was my turn I sat down very disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism encourtered thus far... I was being questioned by the representative (SHE was sitting at the first desk on entering the bank). After prolonged questioning the representative said, " I cannot complete your transaction because i sense a tension". She should be providing a service and that's what she said!! I was NEVER rude to her but she sense a TENSION and couldn't complete my transaction. I had to take my documents and leave after waiting for that long IN THE COLD!! She had a condescending tone and a attitude to match it. THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!

In the past, the service has been superb and I love the staff there. On Easter Sunday however, the door to the ATMs was jammed open. When I went to use the ATM machine, I noticed a young man crouched down in back of a tall waste basket with a knife peeling a banana. I left quickly. More security needed-even when though the branch is closed.

What a horrible experience today. Do to covid they make everyone wait outside which is understandable but they should take mesures to protect the people waiting outside for hours in the hot sun and rain. Today was 90 degrees I waited 1 hr on line in that sun. When I arrived there was no one explaining what to do except the people on the line, so I asked and they all said unless it's for the ATM machine you have to hop on line, so I did, about 10 min later the guard comes out and asks if me and the people behind me registered and we said no, she then says with an attitude, well then you have to register, soo not only are we in the hot sun soaking in sweat with a sunburn, but now we have the guard who has been inside in the comfortable air giving us attitude. Long 1hr story short, I finally get inside in the comfortable air and it begins to rain and I am thinking of all the people still on the line who are getting soaked. Sooo thank u TD bank for making me wait in the hot sun and get sunburned and I will thank you on behalf of all the people who got wet in the rain and probably have a cold now.

Good service, I got what I needed and the wait was not long. From my experience personally this bank is fine. However, it is my first time here.

Horrible horrible service. Dont waste your time with them. I go and scan and put myself again in line, after I been there in the morning and forgot an ID. Wait for 40 min plus, they taking someone else ahead of me who came back and I have 0 person in front of me. Late for work because they are so unprofessional and break the rules. Going to close all my accounts with them and make them the worst advertising ever shame shame on you TD bank on west 125th and Lennox Avenue. Horrible unprofessional and not worth it. Shame shame shame. You'll be hearing from me again no worries. Better sticks to the rules and move faster not make people wait 40 min plus when they have 2 person in front.

The security guard is on point throughout the stress of being on the frontline buffering the customers unease and bank procedures. The teller/banker was very professional and graced her way through services rendered.
