I went to open an account and gina took care of me and she made me feel valued and comfortable . She was very knowledgable and made the whole process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to open a checking or savings account or buisness account to go see her. Gina was very professional. Thanks Gina S.

I go to cash a check for my mother which I have done, as recently as last month. All of a sudden, no the check cannot be made to cash, they need 2 forms of ID AND they want to charge $10.00. GTFOH

So, this was my first experience going to this branch and I promise you, if I did not live close-by that I would not be using it again. The service is terrible. Nobody greeted anyone coming through the door or asked any questions. We were just asked to move into a line. There’s an older lady who appears to be LatinX or mixed (potentially) with red dyed hair who is rude and will strictly only do deposits past a certain time, no matter how many customers are in line. This was after they took a white woman who was waiting after me, BEFORE me. I waited for at least 20 minutes for her to tell me that the customer service people leave at 4:30 and that they’re not printing cards. I told them they should probably make an announcement to let everyone else waiting know that (common sense). I’m going to laugh off how vexed I am and rate the audacity a 1/5. I highly recommend that you go to another branch.

I'm not sure what's going on with TD Bank but I don't like it. I really use to love this bank. I go to this location on the way to my business checking account at New York Community Bank. I usually use the drive thru takes longer then usual but I'm patient. Today I decide to go in because I need it a check and some paperwork notarized. I go in the bank I don't see a sign-up tablet so I assume you just wait. Only one person was ahead of me at the teller so I didn't get a chance to investigate whether I needed to sign in or not. I ask the teller if the notary was in, she replied" yes " I replied how can I see the notary, she replied "yes we have a notary. After she was done giving my check I asked how can I see the notary and she replied you would sign in by scanning the barcode in the front. She was great but lacked the sense of minor details. If she would've told me from the beginning you can sign in by scanning that barcode, I would've done so at the beginning. Not every TD is the same, some greet you at the door and ask if you need help with anything which is great. This issue may not be a big to them but for me I try to be in and out of a bank. And yes they had a board that told me what to do but they also have advertising for products I'm not interested in so it gets lost in the mix.

TD bank definitely doesn't protect his customers at all from being scammed. I called.. Went to the location.. Showed proof of everything but still they say " the transaction has to be posted first " then they managed to give me back the money while investigating only to take it back few days later saying they were not enough proof.. I thought banks can easily work from banks to banks to avoid their customers from being scammed. Anyway.. The only thing I can tell you all.. Dont count on them to protect you if you ever make a mistake online or something. Bottom line.. Be careful while doing transactions online. Others bank can freeze yout account while investigating but TD doesn't and I don't even know if they actually contact either the marchand or the other bank to actually investigate.

I had such a horrible experience at this TD location. Unfortunately my debit card was stolen so I had to call corporate to report it stolen, during that call the representative scheduled me a CURB SIDE PICK UP APPOINTMENT for 1 pm to pick up my new card. Once I arrived to this location (15 mins early) I was met at the door by a very mean and aggressive employee named Gina. She kept arguing that they were closing. I politely tried to explain that I had a confirmation text and email for that same exact location to simply just pick up my card. She grew more argumentative and aggressive and though she could clearly see I was very visibly pregnant. I walked to my cars in tears by her harsh treatment. Thankfully my husband was able to speak to another employee who was very nice and helpful. This lady Gina had ZERO professionalism, ZERO manners and should not be in customer service. It is not the clients/ customers fault that there might be a miscommunication between branches and corporate. I did not show up there without an appointment and should had never been treated like if I was there to commit a crime.

Two days ago I waited on line to try to complete my banking at the Drive Through teller. After waited for more than half an hour to get to the teller and was told that he was closed. He told me I had to go into the bank to do my transaction. I then saw there was a line on the street over 20 people waiting on line to go into the bank. Someone from the bank should had gone outside and tell people that the Drive Through is closed so that no one had to wast their time there. I could not complete my transaction that day. I was very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. if the branch opens at 8:30am THEN WHY DOES’NT THEY OPEN THE DOORS OR DRIVE THRU TILL ABOUT 8:40am? I’ve gotten excuses like technical difficulties when my TD App is working just fine or were understaffed when I clearly see four or five people just sitting around before the doors open. The manager that opens the branch(a woman) is just rude & makes you feel unwelcome at the branch and always has a snotty attitude. I do not appreciate coming to America’s most convenient bank & not be conveniently serviced where I choose to Bank. I will clearly try another location next time. Utterly discouraged.

I went in the other day about overdraft fees and hamilton was awesome and very friendly. He said he can help me with my issue. I went in today asking for hamilton and the lady who claimed to be the assistant bank manager said she could help because he going to be with a customer for a hour. Two minutes later he was done with the customer. Gina who insisted on helping me with her nasty attitude. Wouldn't take care of the issue and had a arrogant attitude towards me. I almost switched banks due to customer service fixing the issue. This is the only reason why I didn't switch banks. Hamilton gets 5 stars Gina gets 0 stars.

Recently had my debit card compromised so I went to this location, this isn't my regular td bank. The girl at the desk was prompt and assisted me right away. I got called up within a minute and Violeta I believe is her name, assisted me. She was fast, thorough, overall just excellent. Thank you Violeta!
