There are long lines depending on the time you choose to visit this branch, but I’ve had nothing but great customer service from the staff here. I started a checking account at this branch 5 years ago and this has been my primary branch since.

they get a 2 because although the people of the bank are great i had a brokerage account ei 401k 300 thousand in it ... and no one here deals with that type of chase account hello chase account the guy was pretty stupid, had to make an appointment to see him and he was an hour late I new way more about my account than him . I took my 401k out of chase because of him ...i still do business here for conviniance anything serious go to another branch

I've had an account here for about 3 years or so and they always immediately picked up my calls when i had questions, fast service even with long lines, machines are available all the time. Staff gets better every time.

Very poor customer service all the workers seem to not be motivated to work at all. They all have attitudes and talk over you. The sign outside the location is damaged and blinking as if Chase doesn't have money to fix things smh they purposely have this place in shambles

Soo if you have business account your not a customer in this branch, the lady on the phone is very rude.

It's ok but they only have one of the new ATM machines. They need to update the other three.

Good bank, have parking and 4 atm machines.

What few tellers are left are always courtious and extra helpful
