    3 star at best, the interiors were nice and clean but wasn't the biggest bank out there. But the staff were really nice and friendly and helped me while i was there. I cannot give any financial advise though as I'm not an expert so doing your own research before making accounts to any bank is a must.

    Be cognizant of the reviews regarding TD bank in general. They are correct in highlighting the fraud and internal malfeasance which is consistent. My own mother had an account which was illegally accessed by an internal employee. Apparently a check was drawn from her account for several thousand dollars in order to purchase or finance a car. My mother is in her eighties and a long time client of TD. I never liked this bank. It is Canadian owned and operates under its own corporate policies which may run counter to clients expectations. Suffice to say, I helped closed my mothers account despite numerous visits to two locations, including this one to overcome the mysterious fraud protection placed on my mothers account which essentially froze the account so she had no access to the atm, deposits or withdrawal or online. Cash is king for a reason. I trust Crypto and external wallets as well as a DEX for my monetary needs. These banks are crooks and should not be trusted. Just remember, inflation is transitory.

    If I can, I’ll give them minus 5 star. They don’t care about customer. You’ll wait there for hours and the employees just chit chatting. If you aren’t there to serve customer, leave the bank. They don’t care about people’s time. Horrible

    Please note that due to the Coronavirus pandemic, operation time is different from normal. Driving-through line might be long and waiting time might also be longer than usual. Also, in-door service has to be booked using your cellphone. Either send a message to the number provided or scan the barcode, then you will get a link to book your spot. After successfully booking a spot, wait for your turn to get inside. See instructions from photos. Finally, some in-door service might take very long. Some services like opening a new account may even needed to be booked a day ahead.

    THIEVES. BEWARE OF Annie the rest of the TELLERS and ZELLE. After anything you do at this branch a couple weeks later you may have “fraud” on your account. Supervisor and manager will not help, as it appears to be an inside job scamming people together. Not to far fetched as part of the reason Penny arcade was taken away was because employees where stealing the change bags. TD Bank Does Not care about you as a customer. They aren’t even American therefore don’t abide by certain laws American banks do. Zelle takes no actions to help even if transactions are made through them. THEY DO NOT PROTECT YOU FROM FRAUD and “ALERTS” don’t matter as your account has been cleaned out if you even get an alert that is. They protect the identity of the account that received money illegally without authorized consent of transactions unconfirmed by TD customer thats been stolen from their accounts. If payment to thief is pending they will not stop it, revert the transaction back or have the thieves account put on hold. Should be a way of finding out about the receiving crooks account and have it closed. Why not. This system is ridiculous and unfair as you can get money robbed from your account at anytime from them, but it’s legal for them to let it happen. Then maybe give an apology and tell you to be careful next time and well move on now. Something needs to change and be done to PROTECT THE ACCOUNTS OF ITS CUSTOMERS. No point in keeping any money at this bank. So many banks to choose. Put your money some where else this place states it’s “convenient banking” they mean it. Very convenient to rob your accounts and let scammers do so and customers will loose.They will send a letter and claim an “investigation” was done. Then provide no proof of bogus reasons as to why they denied your monies be returned and possibly blame you for it. Seriously. Letter states you can request further information they supposedly checked but No letter will ever be sent. This whole company needs to be investigated not just this branch. DONT BANK AT TD. PERIOD.

    Absolutely terrible service. I went to cash my paycheck as I always do. I was in a rush and signed my name slightly different when the teller began to question me, I showed the necessary ID documents and he still asked the Manager Nick to come over and verify.. The manager Nick who I can only assume is a wanna be true crime detective kept questioning me and wanted me to re sign the back of my credit card in front of him. I was wearing a mask which they never bothered to ask me to remove so how could they tell who I really was.. I filed a complaint with corporate and I recommend that you don't do any business with this bank but especially this branch

    I have several accounts at this bank for over 10 years. I had many bad experiences with this bank but this time there was $16,700.00 stolen from one of my accounts with help of one or more employees of Murry Hills Branch. When I went to see the manager at my branch I was treated like garbage and he did not help me. It took over 3 weeks for the money to be replaced. It is very scary to have account in a bank that even the manager don't care for a good customer.

    Just go to another TD bank one of the customer service reps dirty blonde guy that sits near the window didn’t seem interested in helping me …After The recovering TD Bank team gave me instructions on what to do and made it clear that I will be able to receive what I’m looking for at the base I asked them if they where sure and they said YES! I went here to this Location and he act as if there’s nothing he could do even before I sat down .so I proceeded and went to the next one which was 10 minutes away (fresh meadows) and they got the job done in 5 minutes. And over there they kinda explain why someone won’t do it . (Laziness)
