    I would have given it a one star, because on multiple occasions I’ve been treated very rudely by the drive through staff. 1. It’s not always easy to hear what they’re saying, and when I kindly repeat a question for clarity I’m given a smart response that’s very short and snippy followed by ‘that’s what I said.’ When you work in customer service, especially in the financial industry you’re dealing with a very intimate part of people’s lives. I had my wallet stolen and had no money and had to rush off of work to get what I could out of my savings. I keep a nice balance in this account and it’s my closest bank to me. Even if I kept $1.00 and needed to withdraw that $1.00 I should still be talked to and treated with decency and respect, but regardless I wasn’t. This has not happened once or twice but every time I visit the branch. I’m really considering withdrawing my funds and banking with another small bank. I have several bank accounts and have developed relationships with my local branches however this branch is not the warmest, and I dread having to do business with them. Like I said in the beginning I would have given them 1 star but a sweet lady at the front, saved my life and assisted me when no one else would. She was empathetic and kind, and heard me out during one of the scariest times. Losing your wallet with all your financial information is not easy. I’m a person, dealing with another person. But I guess basic manners, let alone compassion is hard to come by now a days. My advice to management is to be sure that whoever you have in a customer facing role, knows how to speak to people in a respectful way. Bad customer service is bad for your brand. Thanks for hearing me out.

    Although I don’t agree with TD’s fee’s etc.. I will say this, this morning I took my son to Food Lion grocery store to cash in his bank. We poured his money into the money changer, but didn’t realize it was out of order. The woman directly across from us at the register was watching, I asked her for help and she said that it was out of order nothing else said as she watched my son empty his bank into this machine. My son has Autism, and he was devastated that he lost some of his money. So I took him to TD Bank to cash in the rest that didn’t get lost in the machine. As we walked in, the two ladies behind the counter explained to us that their money changer was out of order.. so I proceeded to explain to them what happened at food lion. These two beautiful women, out of the goodness of their heart, counted and rolled my sons change, let me tell you, they made my son’s day! He was so happy, and for that, I am so grateful to them. We love our TD!

    I went TD bank on February 22. To get log online banking. She wasn’t pay attention to me but so worry about people coming in. Yes all new people talking and not pretending they are working. Still can’t get back online banking until February 24. I call this morning February 23. Answer machine come on. So now wait until tomorrow again

    I had been treated by this bank like a second class citizen since May of last year. No one knew what was going on. I lost days at work trying to get my problem resolved. Then in January I get a letter telling me I owe of an over limit fee on an account that I have had no access to in since May of last year, but Jennifer Lyons took control adjusted the fee and then found not all the money was sent to me so she got the rest of my money.     Bad service went to this TD bank to get a new card went through the drive through and the women at the window (she said her name was shakia) refused to give me a new TD card and told me to come inside .. I told her I would rather not because of covid and she told me that sounds personal and that printing out cards wasn’t apart of her job so I would either have to go inside or go to another bank. While her and another women behind the window look at each other and began laughing .

    Went through the drive through and the women behind the window she said her name was shakia refused to assist me with anything .. told me i had to come inside or i could find another company to head to .. is this the type of company TD would like to be review as .. inappropriate and rude customer service . This was on Friday February 12th 2021 at 12 pm .. informed me if i wanted to report her to do so she does not care .. i understand people have bad days but to not even greet me when i approached the window was uncalled for including all the attitude .. a brief description of this women she is brown skin, over weight wearing a brown wig and tones of make up . All i wanted was to get a new card .

    It’s very inconvenient that there is no sign in to show who came first so people are assisted in that order. It’s very inconvenient that after telling the teller that one of the men came in after me nd I joined the line still got assisted before me. It’s very inconvenient that I then had a 15minute wait while said person got help and teller told me my wait would be 5 minutes. It’s very inconvenient that the card making does not work. It’s very inconvenient to waste my time. I will be opening my account at another bank. My first impression I wasted my time and won’t be doing this again.

    Been an td bank account holder for 3 yrs now. Things was ok until I made a small amount deposit just last week in drive through and money never made it to my account, this is 3 days later. Will be at bank asap Sunday morning to resolve this problem. Honestly someone's wrong doing at the bank and it's NOT OK. Get rid of that employee ASAP before someone else becomes an victim, lose loyal customers.

    I went to this location because I was on my way to the christiana mall. This location is by far the most ghetto text bank location I have ever been to. I used the ATM machine to withdraw money and do a transfer. Anyway, the ATM machine counter did not have a garbage can receptacle to hold discarded receipts and the they were littered all over the floor. Also, there were no pens at all and no envelopes either. I went inside to see if there were any pens and there were only 2 the pens. The pen cups were were empty. There was a long line with 2 tellers on duty. I guess they were too busy to replenish pens,envelopes,and clean up the ATM area.
