TD Bank Stewart Ave, Bethpage

Wow... so many bad reviews... However, I have to say my experience with them has always been good. I've been banking here for years without having any real problem. Yeah, there's an occasional glitch or a line, but that happens at any bank.

Richard the manager at the branch was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his time and would go back to this branch because of him. Thank you for all your help.

Literally everytime i come to this place, they never have enough tellers. I see half a dozen people sitting at their desks, one teller, and a line of customers out the door. The only reason I have an account is because the branch is a block away. But even with that, im probably going to move to another bank

These guys don’t wanna work ! They are making excuse to give you hard time .. I went to change my address .. they came up with unnecessary B.S .. I called online they did in 1 minute .. if I’ll change bank... they are the reason ! Do your job properly .. especially the manger ! 06/25/2020 3:10pm.. I try my best to teach you !

What good is extended hours when there’s only one teller? ... 🤦‍♂️ You were great when you were commerce, now not so much

The most wise-a$$ tellers who insult customers, change your social security number when opening an account that later gets you locked out of your account for fraud. This bank was reported by me to the department of banking for fraudulently changing my social security number locking me out of my account, it took 7 business days to correct the issue and close my account. I certify this comment

Typical bank, it serves my needs, sometimes small charges show on my account that aren't explained and could easily be missed, but nothing major.. Donna at the teller counter is a ray of sunshine in this place, excellent customer service and VERY good attitude.

Teller was extremely rude and told me I couldn't cash a check made out to "cash" This has been an acceptable practice at every bank I have been to, and I'm not sure what side of the bed she woke up on today, but this is unacceptable conduct.

I use this branch and had no problems so far. They do everything possible to keep lines small.

Rude obnoxious people that can care less about you. Capital one is a pleasure 6/25 1:00 pm.
