Bethpage Federal Credit Union Hempstead Tpke, Levittown

I don't know what has happened to this bank? They ran a new computer program and now hopeless to tranfer between accounts apparently no fix i tried. Door entry broken for months can't get in. Now went tonight to DEPOSIT money and both atms could not process the transaction? All they do is wast my time lately we will be leaving them soon. Ok update 12/29/21. Atm unable to give balance info. You can't make this stuff up lol.

Probably the worst branch in Long Island. Every time I come here there is an issue, 5 times now (all different dates & times) the ATM either doesn't work all together or has some issues. Getting into the door after hours is a project of itself and forget about the drive-thru, seems like they have sloths working it. Go to King Kullen down the road, you'll have a better experience, I promise you.

On two different visits within a week, the ATM's couldn't accept money deposited. I don't know why it's so hard for them to fix the machine. Not everyone has the time to drive around to different branches or wants to risk their health for a daytime visit.

It is a little tricky to get to it. One must turn into a shopping center thats large and pull into a small left section of the parking lot. It is separate from the rest of the stores. But I never have a problem getting into the ATM. Good location

Worst drive through service ever!!! Sitting there for a full hour with 7 cars on line. They should open the entire bank at 9 am on Saturday. This is ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would. They keep changing their rules without notifying their customers and in my opinion hold my money hostage! My son was waiting for me to transfer money to his Bethpage account. Due to their "daily limit" I transferred half yesterday and was told to call today and transfer the other half. Today I'm told they don't do that anymore. Imagine having to practically beg to be able to transfer your own money??? Rules change day by day and being on the phone for over 2 hours each and every time I call is absolutely unacceptable. While most of the customer service people are very courteous, the constantly changing rules without notifying their customers and lack of professionalism with MY MONEY is a disgrace.

Has a coin counter!! Its the little things people! The service is always good here.
