Rude staff and management. Know idea how the Manager Heather is in that position. She has been rude to both my wife and myself. Time to find a new bank.

Called and asked very several specific questions: can I get a certified check and do I need an account? The guy on the phone told me: you don't need an account to get a cashiers check, and there is no limit on amount. When we got to the store, the store manager told us neither of those things is true, and that no one would have told us that. I showed him the call history and then he blamed the other guy there. I don't know if incompetance or dishonesty is to blame, probably a bit of both, but IMO the homeless guy out front knows more about money management than the people who work at this bank.

I spoke with Jessica today and she was not only very pleasant, but extremely helpful. She helped me with some questionable charges on my account and talked me through everything she was doing. This lady deserves a raise! She made me feel absolutely taken care of.

I've been dealing with this bank for two years an if it wasn't for my employer I would never go into this bank. I've never seen such poor customer service in my entire life. I went in their today employee was in a sweat shirt an yoga pants took for ever waiting on a Customer doing a simple transaction. Then when she was done Customer stood there taking her time. She never asked if she could help me to move things along. I had to walk out cause i got tired of waiting it was unbelievable. Went in on another day for a simple money order none of them knew how to do it an couldn't find the account number. I drop off a deposit everyday an no one could find the account number?? One time the Manager came out said ill be right with you, made a copy of her paper work went right back into her office!! I was thinking to myself is she coming back??? I stood there for 15 mins until another employee got freed up. I went in next time she said the exact same thing an went right back into her office. She has no intention on helping any customer or care if they are waiting. You can tell her lack of Customer service an leadership trickles down to her employees. You can tell that every employee that works there hates being there do not care to help one another zero team work an that Starts from the top. I'm going to talk to my employer to see if we can switch banks because its a Joke!!

I first googled this location to check hours and proximity to me due to having a check written off TD that I needed to cash. I do my primary banking elsewhere, and after glancing at the reviews below I am absolutely appalled by some people’s responses!!! The second I walked into the store I was not only greeted at the door, but the store manager immediately introduced herself to me with the utmost professionalism! I’m extremely satisfied with the banking institution I’m using now, but I’m seriously considering switching because of how much they made me feel welcome and at home. It’s not always the most welcoming going into a bank that you don’t use yourself, however; they convinced me otherwise. The staff was OUTSTANDING, the manager is doing something right!!! Great job TD and thank you!!!!

Absolutely worthless and I was supposedly speaking to a supervisor named Danielle!! I had an issue with TD credit card division and Danielle could not direct me to another number to get help. She was rude, argumentative and hung up on me. Is this how TD operates? If a supervisor handles calls like Danielle just did, I guess so. Must be a loose operation! I initially called the credit card division and asked a simple question that the person answering the phone could not answer. She stated she would ask her supervisor and place me on hold whereas she didn’t place me on hold but rather back in que!! After on hold for 25 minutes and odd seconds which led me to believe they were obviously not going to answer my call, I called this bank as their address was on my credit report when they checked with a credit agency. I don’t use foul language nor do I scream and yell. But Danielle, spoke over me repeatedly and I became upset. Who trains these people? Well, TD is going to lose a customer over their customer disservice and I’ll be sure to tell all I know; as many as possible.

My experience with this bank has been a mixed bag. Honestly half the time I am able to get things done and have reasonably accommodating tellers. They are friendly and ask you about your day and fulfill your needs like ask you if you need anything else etc... There is also one teller an older man with glasses who's very good and always takes care of all you needs always in a timely fashion. He is a nice person too and always asks you how life is going etc. I've known him since I moved to Maine. This being said I've had a lot of bad customer service too! A couple of times I had tellers who give me a lot of bureaucracy when I make transactions like converting dollar bills to quarters as I live In an apartment that hs coin operated laundry so I periodically have to get coins. In the past they would do it at the window no problem and did so for months. Now all of a sudden they tell me" we don't have any coins back here your gonna have to come in" is it that hard to walk a few feet to the front of bank to get coins. I've been inside coins are abt 5 ft behind window. This means I have to pull out onto Lisbon street with wall to wall traffic and make a left turn and cross 4 lanes to re-enter and park. The bank has a one way entrance and exit so cant just go back the way I came. Then when i go inside they make me wait while they spend 20mins serving other customers. Call me spoiled but I feel like since I was taken care of at the window I should get higher priority then someone who just walked in. Then when they finally do take care of me they rush through everything and have this tude like I'm a inconvenience to them. I just get this" here you go goodbye" response like here,s your sticking quarters I wanna go home type response. I have a fulltime job and don't get out till 5:30 most nights and that's assuming I'm not working overtime. All I have is 10mins in the morning before I goto work and that's why I use the window. I don't have time to stand in line for 40mins. It seems like tellers treat you nice if what your doing is quick and easy to the exception of the teller I mentioned. If it's something that requires leg work they want nothing to do with you and suddenly your a hindrance and their in a hurry to go home! Sometimes I feel like what happened to "the customer is always right". Now it's "the customer is always right if its convenient!" To make a long story short it depends on which teller you get your experience could be great or horrible. Avoid doing anything involved there and make alternative arrangements as your prob gonna get bad service enless it,s the teller I described.

After observing a few encounters at this bank, all I have to say is “Absolutely disgusting staff”.The “manager” is horribly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. The employees at this location are absolutely numb and just plain mean (specifically the women of all!). The tellers and desk staff are very inappropriate and I couldn’t believe the way that they treat people. It’s unbelievable to me that these people have any kind of sensitivity training never mind training at all. I’ve never dealt with such incompetence and will not going forward. I will be complaining to the better business bureau. Awful, awful, awful!

They are always super friendly and helpful at this branch! The fees through td bank are a little high but if you invest your time into the online banking app and regularly balance your books you are golden! I feel that the overdraft protection CAN be a super helpful tool in your corner as long as you use it wisely!

Worst financial institution ever if you are a non member. And of course you could always become a member but anybody you do business will be forced to deal with their unfriendly and greedy policies. $7 to cash a check drawn off from them and you better bring in a hair and DNA sample along with every form of ID known to man.
