I love the Rutland TD bank folks. I've had fantastic service, despite being a pain in the butt customer, always doing international wire transfers which take time and effort. Every single person I've worked with there has been great, affable, and willing to help. It's clean. It has it's own free parking lot. What's not to like? I do my personal and business banking there, despite it being a 45 minute drive. I recommend all my friends who move to town to sign up there. They have also had great experiences.

The location of this branch is ideal for pedestrians and motorists as well. The people with whom I've interacted have been friendly and quick to resolve any issues that I may have had, which were only 2 in as many years. They just remodeled the facade of the building and stayed true to the downtown architecture. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Can anyone tell me when TD Bank will open it's doors in Rutland for business? I have waited in long car lines for up to 45 minutes just to get my banking done. The wait lines are so bad, that TD Bank hired a full time individual to direct traffic. One day I was yelled at because my car was not close enough to the one in front of me, and I was blocking traffic. Calling for an appt is a waste of time - someone calls back and is confused by who I am even though I leave a detailed message. I've tried calling the 800# and the wait time is 20 minutes. I tried emailing them twice through my online account, and each time I started writing the message an "oops, something is wrong, sorry" message appears and I am disconnected. So, I tried People's Bank and Citizens Bank around the corner - I walk in and get service immediately with a smile. I'm out in less than 10 minutes. It is what customer services is all about. So tell me, what is TD's problem? I have been a customer for years, have given them a lot of business and in the last few months, I've become a huge inconvenience and harassed by a traffic cop as well. Don't tell me COVID-19 is the reason - for some reason the other banks have moved on and care about their customers. Why should I accept this abuse? It's time to move to another bank - and People's is outstanding. If anyone is out there who is being mistreated like me, just consider two other banks that will be more than happy to service you with a smile all within walking distance.

ive had td bank for a little over a year. They have been great up until recently. Due to the holidays i had to over draft my account. Ive been paying it back every week. I went to try and get money to make it until i could get ahead next week. They denied me. I have never had a bank pull an overdraft and not help people when they deseratly need it. I am closing my account. I will make sure i never refure anyone to them. Explain they hit any account with many fees they never mention to you. I will never use a t.d bank again.

Blatantly hostile towards customers. When asking why they couldn't do the service that is offered through their bank they just get defensive instead of explaining. Will never go back .

Dishonest and unhelpful. As a business professional I should know your emotions towards me and I should be properly signed up for what I agreed apon. Blatantly unhelpful. Hard to think TD wants to WOW the customer.
