Great people who work here from tellers to bankers and even the manager, Joe. Although this place does tend to get busy and there might be some wait to see the teller, this only goes to show that it’s busy because people want to bank here! They have a great team, very helpful and knowledgeable staff who would go above and beyond to help. I bank here for my both personal and business purposes and I am extremely satisfied with their services!

If your a Bussiness owner do your self the favor and bank somewhere else they don’t care about Bussiness owners !!

Went into the branch last Tuesday afternoon, Feb 1st around 4pm....Got horrible service from the teller service desk...no friendly hello..no smile..just unfriendly behavior...I cant recommend using this bank..I will be closing my account.

🚩Worst customer service ever ...even did call back so I wouldn't have to wait but got put on hold with recording just as if I held on...‼️😠 In the end once again after almost 2 hours I had to call local branch only for the same terrible service telling me to call customer service back or come in which I can't ...No help at all with a charge back...‼️😡

I applied for a personal loan online to pay off 3 of my credit cards and they told me go to the closest branch to finish the process. Customer service in this location is the worse. Two of my credit cards got the checks a month later and the third one still pending. The staff in charge don't follow up the process with the customers. Very disrespectful. I literally had to show up in person several times because Lisa the assistant manager never replied my phone calls and emails and in fact, tomorrow I will go in person again for the same situation. It's going to be two months now and still one credit card didn't get the check and I've been paying this loan too. This is very unprofessional and for sure this is the first and last time I make business with this bank and branch. Don't go there if you need serious respectful and PROFESSIONAL customer appreciation...

Good customer service. I don't think the tellers should rush because they're dealing with money. Other people give poor reviews because they have no patience. The tellers are friendly and outgoing. Never had a problem with this bank. Keep up they great job.!

It's unfortunate when you have to tell the employees what they should be doing. I had bad experiences with the bankers who does not know how the other department of their bank works. They mostly don't know about their loan department requirement and if you go and ask for required papers you will have have patients to explain them. I had better luck going to other branches.

As I stand here waiting for my deposits to be made from a large known corporation, I must say the service I received was poor and almost offensive. Many of our stores bank with you and I had to make some deposits from another location. They questioned me 5 times who they were for and they only take them nightly. This is a first. I make my locations deposits at several different locations without a question or concern ever. With this type of vibe and service I will be recommending we move the remaining locations to bank with Bank of America going foward.

I just moved, and closed my bank account that was paying my TD Credit Card. So I get a letter saying it's past due. I download the app because my computer is not assembled. I enter my credentials and it kicks back saying incorrect usernames or passwords so I say forgot username and enter my credentials for that, it says no account exists!! So I call, go through the automated system, enter my account number, etc multiple times, just to get a dead end. Call back, do everything the same except omr thing, get a person who says my account number is on the business /personal account department, she transfers me out, I get another person who then offers to transfer me to the "correct department " I reluctantly agree, I am then put on hold.... While on hold I learn that the app only handles online banking NOT CREDIT CARDS, so I look for the td credit card app, there effin isn't one, I find the TD credit card website, recover my account, add my new checking account, and pay my past due balance all while still on transfer hold for 29 total minutes after 30 minutes of getting nowhere with the automated system. Who the f services their accounts lile this I've never seen any other bank do this, ny chase cards and accounts are on the same website and app, and if I had a chads mortgage guess what same app. If I have 5 td services do I need 5 usernames and passwords??? Crazy sauce

Worst bank for business. I was charged overdraft fees close to $500.. They never told me my account was overdrawn, not a single call or text or email or online message in my online banking inbox. This was done in 4 days. I closed my account. Horrible business tactics.
