    This is the most unorganized bank I've ever been with. Plus they closed my account or started the process when my wife wanted her name off of it. Mine was still on it. But they started to close it. So now on a Friday I can't get my pay because they started the process and I had to get it reopened and waited all day so my bills suffered for it. I am so ready to take them to court if it's not in by 11 because of their fault. I'm so unhappy with this bank and warn people to stay away. Unless you want them to steal your money.

    Every time I go in this place, they’re incredibly slow and not moving with any speed to help people and send them on their way. Today I was 3rd online waited 20 mins and there were 6 tellers helping a total of 0 people all at once. They then opened 1 window and added a 7th banker because they couldn’t handle 1 person with 6 tellers. They opened no more windows with 6 angry people online. I left and so did others. I’ll complete my transaction at a competent branch.

    Thank you to the very helpful Floor Assistant Tyrell! First a (gentle) reminder that I somehow forgot my mask!! Then his explanation of cash withdrawal from in-building ATM and his offer to change out bills for me. Very friendly, helpful and respectful young man.

    Chase has the worst Customer Service EVER!!!! I was on the phone for 2 hours and 45 minutes, got transferred like 5 times and was told by agent Rodolfo that he couldn’t give me a direct number to the Wire Transfer department, that all he could do was transfer me to them. So after 1 hour of waiting for the first person to pick up the phone who was Rodolfo, I had to wait 1 more hour to talk to the wire department. Then they decided to transfer me to Online Claims (45 more minutes on HOLD!) On Online Claims they told me they couldn’t help me and that I had to call Bank of America which is where I sent the transfer to. I called Bank of America and they told me that CHASE knows well that banks don’t give information to NON account holders and that I had to call Chase again! So I was on the phone with chase for 2 Hours 53 minutes and with Bank of America for 40 minutes for not being helped! The last guy from online claims at chase gave me a direct number to contact the Wire Transfer department so Rodolfo LIED! There was a direct number for me to call! When I finished the call with Bank of America I called the WIRE TRANSFER department this time directly, an agent picked up after 45 minutes on HOLD, I explained my situation (it’s been 8 days since I made a wire transfer from my Chase account to a Bank of America account and the money has not been received) and guess what happened???? This agent hung up the call!!!!!!! Seriously I’ve been on the phone since 10:30am and now it’s 4:00pm and my almost $4,000 dollars look like LOST! DO NOT DEAL with CHASE with these delicate type of transactions. I was initially going to make a 25,000K wire transfer and THANK GOD I didn’t do it! STAY AWAY from Chase.

    Well what do u know. Waited on the outside atm lone for almost 10 minutes And the ATM couldnt dispense cash. Every single time I come to this bank same problem. Try so hard to avoid this bank but today I didn’t have a choice them to go

    The bank is so isolated coming off of eastbound sunrise you have to make so many turns just to get there they should have just stayed at the home depot location. Plus their rates and fees are some of the worst! Plus they signed me to a premier savings account knowing dam well i didnt have the minimum balance to keep it so they charged me $20 a month in penalties. Def working on changing banks

    Very positive experience. We came in to get something notarized, which I know is nothing spectacular and is a bit of a pain for bankers, but everyone was super friendly. Thanks Lindsey for your help as always!! Also, thank you to the manager, who gave out daughter a little toy soccer ball in place of lollipops. You guys were rockstars!

    Always a line... never enough tellers open, especially on saturdays. This is the only Chase in the area ..I recommend you choose another bank! This one is the worst!! Moving my bank after years...

I get in in this person name tedd is the worst work in tha banks no experience talk to me like I’m from other planet. This morning tedd from chase bank in Shirley make my day so miserable. I ask for help he’s acting like nobody talk teed. He is Spanish person so rud. I ask can I used the restroom went his answering me he’s sending me to the Popeyes place other side the street. He’s talking to me like idont deserve been there I was the first person there bout he’s calmly first people have color skin I’m brown so he’s don’t care I was there. Now after 9years I have account with chase I’m going to close my accounts buy 3 car with chase help me buy my daughters accounts my accounts my credit cards is not fears today is February 1 2018.     This place is always so packed , they never have enough tellers working, and it’s been getting progressively worse since they closed other nearby branches. It’s becoming very, very irritating and really hope they do something about it sooner than later because if they do not I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
