    Since 2019 Always go here, never had a problem. Clean great location. Chad was very helpful and super positive. He gave me different alternative solutions to my request and went with the most effective one. In a matter of minutes he did what other locations wanted me to wait 5-10 business days. And a receptionist lady was fast and nice too. Thank you for your help today guys.

    Terrible customer service representative named Chad Walker a horrible employee, the type of employee that will steer great customers away from banking with TD bank. There are good apples that will retain customers , that customers look forward to banking with (for example a female employee at this same branch who was outstanding) then there are rotten apples such as Chad. Unfortunately the rotten apples are the ones that leave a lasting impression and as such l more than likely bank somewhere else.

    As many reviewers have stated the customer service at this branch is poor. I’ve been banking at this branch for over 6 years and the quality of service and the professional banking atmosphere have steadily gone down hill. It literally felt like a college sorority when the Indian woman who seems to be in charge yells and tells her personal story across the branch to the tellers when there are customers banking. It’s time for me to close my accounts here and move to a larger bank.

    Worst branch ever! Please do not go there they are very unprofessional. They charged me from my savings account for no reason and when I asked for a refund they said it will take 2 weeks but I will get my money back. Mr. Chad Walker was helping me with this issue but I’m sorry to say he never helped me even though he said not to worry I’ll definitely get my money back. When I call the lady on the phone just ignores my questions and say they will call me back but they never do. I’m tired of calling them. It’s not about the money the sad part is I didn’t even know they were charging me until someone told me because it didn’t show me anything in transaction. Unlike other banks td bank doesn’t show you the extra fee/charges. Like come on td bank do better. I been a td customer for 4 years and this is the most horrible experience ever. I’m thinking about closing my account😡😡

    Best td bank so far. Security lady guard greet you with hi and hello how are you. Security guard very polite and courteous and then I met the customer service name is Customer service staff Chad Walker who is very nice respectful and professional so far I have been to many Td Bank and I have left reviews on it but this is the best TD Bank that I have ever visited so in future if I need anything to do with my checking account and TD credit card anything related with Td Bank and always come here no matter there’s another TD close to my neighborhood

    No one know what they are doing here except deposit money and withdrawing money the personal in the bank didn’t know how to print me IRA form from the system and other person on the corner of his little office was on his chair with 1 leg up never met bankers that are so out of knowledge of what to do

    The bank attendant could not spell my name properly despite the provided ID with my name clearly on it, delayed the credit card process by 3+ weeks. -Employee had a very arrogant and unpleasant attitude, walked out in the middle of our meeting for "private business" for 20 minutes. -This had explicit negative impacts on my money/credits that I could have earned in that month. -Untrained, incompetent, arrogant employee, this is a waste of resource for the bank and branch.

    Customers service and communication is definitely not their strongest skill here. I was trying to get someone’s attention and they were all ignoring me and talking amongst themselves, looking at me and another customer and then would look away. If you see someone that looks like they need help, maybe ask how you can help them? You shouldn’t have kids running a bank and treating customers that way.

    I was a going to be a potential customer. Not after my experience today.If you want to be forgotten about then this is the branch for you. I went to open an account. You had to scan your phone number and the guard will tell what position you are in a que. Told me to wait in the car that I was number 2. After 45 minutes kept seeing various people going in , people that came after me. After 1 hour I went to the door and I ask the guard how much longer , you close at 4pm. He said weren't you here hours ago? I forgot about you. Then disappeared came back only to tell me that I could wait inside , I would be next after the reps were done with their customers. The que went down. He just completely forgot about us even though I was sitting in the car right in front of the bank. He said sorry and that he forgot. Well I wasn't going to wait any longer than over the hour I was already there so I left. Called the manager and they said they could make an appointment time for me however that when I arrive I will be placed in the que. The que that malfunctioned and didn't work and the guard will be there who didn't remember me. No thanks. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want customer service go elsewhere.
