TD Bank S 5th St, Philadelphia

First time open an account at TD Bank. A young lady help me out to sign papers work included the app and everything else without stress. I really appreciate for your help, Persia Abdullah. You do your best 😊🙏👍.

This review is based off the wrong information about what a commonwealth notary of Pa in a branch location has the authority to notarize. Not only was this the second location that was a little nicer in customer service as for the attention given but it was a waste of time. To get there with an elderly person and wanting a POA notarized and be told that they can’t do it. When in fact, according to the website of TD, a POA can be done there. Waste of time and gas.

Stupidest bank rules ever. I was there just to ask for 12 deposit numbers in 2019 for tax purposes. Then the customer service lady kept telling me they can’t do that, they had to order that through the back office. From 2019-2021 mind you. That’s a lot of paper. While I only need their 5 mins to go through the statements and write me 12 numbers down. Well, GREEN is their policy now but I only see waste. P.S: I was waiting for like 15 mins and then I have to wait for four more days. They coulda save both parties so much time and efforts with 5 minutes of their time. But hell no.

The Lobby is supposed to be open but... It states Sunday open 11-2 pm no one is there, there isn't any personnel at drive through either.

I was just depositing a check for someone and its no way, I'd bank here with the associates and the terribly slow service. Whoever uses TD, you have to just be annoyingly and unnecessarily loyal or something.

This bank is always busy in the early morning. The line is long and there could be more than 10 people waiting at a time. You cannot talk to a bank employee in private because they don't have independent/closed offices. Bank tellers are fine. I cannot say the same about people sitting on the chairs. They are rude and incompetent. They have no patience and they don't care about your privacy. Also their penny arcade (coin collector) is constantly out of order. It's funny that TD advertises itself as America's most convenient bank. It's really not. Try to call their 1800 numbers. It takes at least 5 minutes more than any other financial institutions that I deal with. Over all, long waiting, lack of privacy and incompetent bank employees.

I’ve always walked into this branch with a great experience. The tellers are super helpful and it seems as if every time I walk into the branch a customer service representatives acknowledges me and it makes me feel great. Sometimes there’s a line, but it’s well worth the wait.

i'm free at nights so i use the atm alot. the atm always seem to be randomly out of service on any given weeknight, and i have to go to a different branch

One teller in the lobby, one teller in the drive thu. One teller was preparing cash shipment in practically the lobby. Lol

If you conveniently like being treated like a animal being herded through a drive thru line in the hot sun and extra slow service this is the bank for you.
