Absolutely amazing service. The lady I worked with answered every question I had and some I didn’t know to ask. I will be only using them for any future loans I get. Great service and super fast turn around . Had the money in less then 24 hours.

I applied for a loan and received the money in my account two days later. Very easy application and closing process. Quick results.

One main financial not only came through once for me but twice. Just when i needed cash the most. Never a issue. In and out with cash in 24 hrs. There was also a issue with my title and with no questions asked the manager cut me a check to resolve it. Not a bad thing to say about this location. ❤️

One Financial was able to answer all of my questions with professionalism and competency! The staff was also able to assist me with my financial needs. My monthly payment is affordable. Thanks for your service!

I have never closed a loan and the funds was available in my account less than 24 hours, the service was great the people very polite, the responsive to meet by needs were beyond my expectation, they made it happen Bdale

One Main Financial, in terms of the proper servicing of my loan, failed miserably, and, they caused me banking problems as well! I provided a payment by phone w/a representative, and provided this individual with a routing number and account number for the payment to be withdrawn from. This individual lied to me and stated that the payment went through, and that I would get a confirmation number by email. To date, NO confirmation number, and, NO payment made to my account, AND, an NSF notice from One Main to boot!!! I no longer trust dealing with these people, and, once my loan is paid off, I trust to NEVER have to deal w/them again, because of the lies and problem caused me by their worker!!!

Ms. Nieves was very helpful she went above and beyond for me. She helped me find the loan I needed even when we both were sure I wouldn't be approved

FOR COMPLAINT PURPOSE ONLY: Justin Rifici, the manager at this site has such poor management skill, poor communication skills, is VERY unprofessional and had the nerve to deny me the executive phone number when I first asked for it. Yes I asked for the manager number above him but instead of kindly saying, here's the executive number instead he want to talk it out. I have nothing else to say to people that think they too good to help other people. If you cant talk to people, management is not the job for you. Find one that keeps you in the back somewhere. I hope HR do decide to replace you because people like you will make you not have any customers. Then he had the nerve to ask if his site was the closes one to my job, yes it is, you want to have a nasty mouth, you gonna deal with a nasty mouth in return, dont send us away now. And Heather, if you get a chance to read this, please dont deny me and say you dont have no management number to provide me. That's rude honey. It's always someone above you to talk to other then that, thanks for the help and providing us information we needed. This is a COMPLAINT and I wanted to share my experience with everyone.

Horrible company! Do not get a loan through them. Frauds that make you jump through hoops. Branch manager and Rebecca horrible!!!! High interest rates. Poor communication!!!! Absolutely do not recomend
