I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for the team at Task Properties. I actually interviewed Marcus about 2 years ago regarding my rental property. At the time I was toying with the idea of selling, but Marcus gave me some facts that made me decide to hold on. He could have had a listing on the spot but put my interests first. Fast forward to now, and it is time to sell. His assistant Christian did a great job listing and marketing my property. In 4 days I had multiple offers and the price was bid up significantly. Christian took care of all the details and kept me informed at every turn. Additionally, in the property management side of the business Mike and his team looked after my tenants. I'd give Task 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend the Task team for real estate transactions and property management. It's great to have this them on my side!

Everyone at Task properties is incredibly helpful. I have been renting a property from Task for the past year, but I have know Marcus and Christian for a long time. They have a great team of professionals they work with, including the vendors they hire. Anything we have brought to their attention regarding the property we are renting is always taken care of quickly and completely. I feel like they are not only looking out for the owners of the property but for my family as well. Highly recommend!!!

The brokers were very excited to list our property in the current "hot market" for real estate in our area. Once an exclusive contract was signed for their services, they did not show our property even once and have not even made any attempt to actively market it. Our experience has been that this business endeavor is not a full-time effort, with Marcus rarely in the office and frequently "out of town." I believe Marcus is more preoccupied in making a name for himself personally in the community rather than taking care of business. Don't waste your time with Task Properties. There are many other choices for competent real estate professionals in Lake Stevens and Snohomish County as a whole. I have dealt with other real estate professionals in the area who are far more dedicated and results driven.

Considering buying a house is the biggest purchase most of us will ever make, I can't express strongly enough how easy and informative the team at task was!! Considering that I had lack luster credit and a laughable down payment! The team at task still took their time to help me find exactly what me and my family needed!! I would highly recommend them to any potential home buyer. They will always have my full recommendation and refferal!!

Listed our property and had an above listing price offer with a qualified buyer in a few days. Property had several issues which Christian handled smoothly for out of state sellers. Arranged repairs for all items which came up in the inspection. I heartily recommend Christian and Task properties.

Staff couldn't of been more helpful! They Posted my house had an offer well before I ever thought I would!! Everything just got finalized and we are happily shopping with them for our next property!! I would recommend task properties to anyone i know!!
