    I have been a member of this bank for 10 years. First few years were great, however customer service has gone down hill in a big way recently. What really got to me was when I deposited a certified check from the biggest insurance company in The US and they wanted to put a 6 day hold on it. When I asked for an explanation / justification they were far beyond rude. When I have time I am going to move all my banking from this institution. It would stink if during a state on National emergency they held back peoples insurance money for 6 days....oh wait, that's just what they are doing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Bank policy is one thing but rude and unfriendly management is another thing. If anyone asks you to Jain TBFC.....do yourself a favor and run far away !

    🌟🌟🌟Arnaldo Rivera and Sarah Sultan are both great employees! They truly go above and beyond! I feel that they truly care about their customers! They both have been easy to get ahold of to answer questions, it’s like having a banker in the family! 👍👍👍I’m in the process of buying my second car through TBFCU and during both transactions and even when dealing with the total loss of my first car everyone at TBFCU has been so helpful!

    The service was horrible when i went to it a couple of years ago i went to get a loan and due to my work schedule i got there about half hour before closing and the person helping me keep complaining to me about why i got there so late that i chose the best time to get there that I couldn’t have gotten there at a better time. Also dont know why they have 2 atms outside if they never work. Also ive gotten a few fake bills too but since i trust banks i never checked them inside untill i went to a store and they told me it was a fake.

    Ancient system. Ancient methods. Technology has advanced and they are still behind. Employees barely answer their phone or call you back. The next step is transfer to another credit union. I’m so disappointed. Many of my family members have left. It’s time for me as well. Update: Carrie contacted me immediately and got things rolling. I was overjoyed by her pleasant and respectfulness. I felt she listened to my feedback and explained very well the recent situations that have occurre thoroughly. She connected me with Joshua. Super helpful. I recommend if your agent is not assisting you properly ask for someone else (politely)and let the manager know.

    I have never had positive customer service with TBFCU at any of the locations I've visited, and definitely never over the phone or through their messaging service. The people I've spoken with have always treated me like they have better things to do with their time, and never with understanding or concern for issues I bring up. I have refinanced my car with another company for this reason and and looking to close out all accounts I have with TBFCU. Good customer service and a caring attitude go a long way with me, and I have never received either. That coupled with less than ideal rates, make it very easy for me to choose to leave. I urge anyone reading this to please use another financial institution for your needs.

    The manager Vanessa treated us like family! She was very attentive to our needs even though we're closing our accounts and moving out of state we truly appreciate her personalized service. We are 38 yr members and will miss are banking family.

    We called to make sure they were open to start a new account and spoke with a gentleman that told us absolutely. Our website hasnt been updated yet but our office is open. come on down we can open you a new account. We drove from east Hillsborough county. 36 miles to Nebraska ave for the doors to be locked and them stare at me thru the door. We called as we stood there and she said no you cant come in only existing account members. We explained how far we drove and we were tryin to open account and she was very rude in telling us do it online and someone would call us. We were going to try and get a home loan thru Tampa federal but now i am taking our business elsewhere.. smh TAMPA FEDERAL this isnt how you treat people. I find it hard to understand how its o.k to have hundreds of people in a walmart/home depot. But can not have two people in a bank.........

    This is my new joint! Until Regions bank started tricking customers, charging more, and just being plain nasty at times. It was high time I came to the credit union. All of the tellers are always cool. They are professional and personable. It has been nothing short of awesomeness being a member.
