Synovus Bank Roswell St, Marietta

This bank is very well run, I had the pleasure of working with Raena the bank manager and with her legal team helped us through transitioning accounts. She responded fast and did everything she could to keep us informed on what was needed to complete our goal. The best bank manager I've come across!

I joined this bank when it was the Bank of North Georgia. Bank of North Georgia had amazing customer service. Synovus has been horrible. My car will not fit in the drive through and I refuse to walk through the drive through and inhale exhaust fumes. Stephanie was the only employee that was nice enough to tell me to call when I need to make a deposit. Unfortunately today (which make the 3rd time) I was met yet again with rude employees (Kim) when I called. That was the last straw and I am moving to another bank. I had already written a Yelp review in the last year or so where they LOST a check, see yelp for details on that debacle.

Is it cool ? Or funny to torture a 20 year old ? Just wondering cause I know this place is failing miserably at everything money wise right now ?

I’ve banked with many banks for personal use and business use and I have never had to deal with such uninformed and unknowledgeable employees in my life. I would say that customer service is bad but to be honest, there was no customer service. I have never been so upset when getting off the phone as I was when hanging up today. I am absolutely against anyone interested in opening an account here. They don’t care about you as a customer..... and I’m saving you a big big headache!

Great Bank with incredible customer service. Employees are thoughtful and helpful. Small town feel with big city resources.
