When my boyfriend and I were looking into buying our first home we went an got pre-approved from a different lender. We asked all the questions we knew to ask since we had no idea what we needed to do to buy a home. After leaving that lender we thought we had gotten all the information we needed. During one of the showings of a house our Realtor (Also the best person ever) was telling us some things that we were shocked about because the lender had never told us. She looked at us and gave us Amy Bell's number. We called her at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night and she talked with us for over an hour and a half explained the entire loan process and closing amounts. Just all this information our previous lender didn't even let us know. She even went into a deeper explanation on all the loan types. Our previous lender totally pushed us in the wrong direction. If it wasn't for Amy Bell and her team we wouldn't have been able to get in our first home. (with a great mortgage rate at that) She was amazing and would definitely use her again!
