My first review of this bank was removed for whatever reason. I was recently traveling to Columbia for business and stopped here to purchase a roll of quarters. They refused because I did not have an account. I went to another bank nearby and they were gracious and gladly sold me the quarters. I'd be wary of banking with anyone this stingy.

Apparently there are a bunch of trolls that have been disgruntled because the bank will not cash their paycheck due to inadequate identification and the lack of an existing account. I have been banking with this branch for almost 30 years and have found the management and personnel to be super friendly and accommodating. From what I can see the complaints must be coming from non-members that are of questionable character.

Absolutely horrid place to do business with. The associates here are very rude , act as though you’re bothering them and they don’t have time for you. Which is fine because there’s like 80 other banks that I can choose over them and have. I recommend you putting your money in a different place other than Here.

I always have a bad experience here, worst customer service. I prefer to drive a few miles to Columbia branch.

If you claim to be open after 5 one day of the week, you really should be open after 5. A mad dash after work ended up in nothing but bitter disappointment.

Worst manager in the world, no wonder there's no one ever there, told me i was a liar for trying to cash my check and told me to leave, super rude, would recommend to take your banking some where else, i had never been treated so badly, no respect from this people.

I've been banking there since 98, the only bank where I can get in and out in less than 5mins.👌🏾
