    This location is the absolute worst as far as customer service and long lines. The employees are extremely slow and rude. The loan officer lady was actually rolling her eyes while asking could she assist me. Why the attitude, I have no clue. Thank god I don’t personally bank with Wells Fargo only for business.

    I went to this same location 5 different times to cash my check and brought 6 different forms of i.d and they gave me the hardest time about my forms of i.d. I was told I could use fishing license. Went all the way home got my license and they then told me yet again that they couldn't expect it! I gave them my driving license my saving account card my other bank card that was just expired by few days but my fishing license was valid and they made me drive back again. IT WAS NO REASON THEY COULDNT CASH MY CHECK. WAS JUST GIVING ME A HARD TIME CAUSE I WAS YOUNGER. AN OLDER WOMEN HAD SAME PROBLEM IN FRONT OF ME AND THEY LET HER DO IT! Long story short went to the location on broadriver they did it the first time no problems and no questions asked.

    I have yet to have a bad experience with the staff who work here, which is a plus. However, I consistently have trouble with the ATM's. I deposit cash frequently here, & both the drive-thru & side ATM's reject bills that aren't wrinkled or otherwise damaged, which I don't understand. They're also legitimate bills as most of them have been marked. I've driven to other WF locations to deposit cash with no issues. I'd like to give a more positive review, but the number of times I've had to go from one ATM to the other at this location just to deposit money is a pain.

    Very poor customer service, will not return to this branch, EVER! Came here because Assembly street location is not open on Saturdays which is our normal branch. Branch manager here is very rude and has a poor attitude. Wells Fargo really needs to do better at this location. Definitely not a way to treat your customers who have been banking with you for over 15 years.

    Other than john Marshall i could care less about how crooked the are useing every trick in the book to get your money from you charging outrageous fees constantly have issues with accounts personal and business because of there mistake it was one of the worst experience that I have had with a bank. Not sure why but I have heard others speaking of the same things

    Do not go there or get an account there that’s my experience. Very unhappy waiting and then not being able to cash a check I’ve been telling people this was a good bank my bad.

    I am a value customer of Wells Fargo Bank at Knox Abbot Drive Cauvery South Carolina. I asked a customer if they would like me video them how people do Illegal House flipping Against Wells Fargo Bank and how did they fell about it. The Customer Agreed to let me video them. The the Branch Manager was Very Rude to my about the situation. I told her I understood and I wouldn’t To it again . Her name was Kenya Stroman. She stood over me as if I was going to rob the bank . I told her that I wasn’t going to do that but, Her answer was I will stand here All day if I want to. Do you think she was Earning the Bank money or Just showing she was going to do want she wanted to do. I didn’t Per pose a threat so Why did she waste Wells Fargo Bank money standing outside watching me when I told her I wouldn’t do it again. I simply called it I was Going to Prove A Point.

    Worst customer service ever,every time have to wait 20-30 mins for teller service,whenever I visit this branch they always have only one teller,we hope they hire more people,even though if you go on drive thru you have to wait 20-30 mins,so if you are spare time than only visit this branch.

    After trying this bank for a year it started off friendly and nice.Then the nightmare of the same scandalous fees and charges as Bank of America began. I've realized this isn't the bank for me. I'm unable to afford to have an account here.
