Hi! I am a recently retired Functional Medicine doctor, and discovered I really DID NOT want to BE retired. Sounded better in theory than in fact! Well, I was perusing the employment ads and responded to SFG's. The broker/advisor who contacted me was incredibly kind and informative, and I became intersted in being a client, needing to protect my family, but also became so intrigued that I am now training to become an agent/broker/advisor myself. The company is highly rated in the industry, and the training and ethics are above reproach in every way. It's passed every test for me for integrity, which is the Number One concern I have in doing business or affiliating with anyone. So while I have no way of knowing what the few one star ratings listed here were really all about, it is certainly the case that when an agent accepts a voided check, that the client is also told their case will be reviewed by the underwriters and that it will take time...anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month or possibly more. SO, it seems likely that in at least one of those cases the new client was expecting word back far sooner than is normal. AND perhaps she didn 't hear that part, or it's remotely possible the agent failed to tell her. Who knows. But it's clear the company makes every effort to correct any issue or concern. I know my training is quite thorough regarding excellence in custormer service, which I very much appreciate as a client myself!

The culture of Symmetry is hands down what makes it the best opportunity out there today!! Great bunch of people all focused on the same goal. Growth rate of the company proves that it is awesome.

This is the most conniving company I have ever come across. They initially contacted myself and my spouse with a letter resembling an eviction notice from our lender - requiring our immediate information claiming that something had been missed out in the lending process. They posed as our main lender (essentially hiding the fact that they were a third party organization) heckling us with call after call explaining that we needed mortgage protection. After we put two-and-two together, we courteously shared our disapproval of their service. Even still they CONTINUED to call and text us for months. Every rep that called claimed to have never spoken to us. TRUST ME I had a few words to share with each of them... they are completely unprofessional. They are terribly disorganized and frankly unethical. I would highly recommend people to avoid working with this awful organization.

Beware. The agent that I had experience with, Taelynn Thompson, was very pushy. After telling her that I was not interested and not to contact me again, months later completely unannounced, she comes to my home. I realize everyone needs to make a living, and maybe the company puts extreme pressure on their agents, but this was beyond unprofessional. To be perfectly frank, I was a bit creeped out as well.

Been with SFG part time for about a year then transitioned into full time this year after exiting a previous business. Great leadership, mentorship and training! Love protecting Families and making an impact while helping to build a legacy for our clients. I pinch myself everyday that i get to wake up and work with such a great group of people. A very fulfilling career with such a great sense of purpose pouring into others. Thank You SFG !

SCAM ALERT!!! The underwriter that spoke with me in video conference was unprofessional as well as gave high rates from what I remember in any type of video conference is that if you work for a company that speaks to people on a day to day basis YOU DON'T WEAR FACIAL PIERCINGS! Also me being a prior US Marine Police officer. I decided to look up Ms. Amal Abusoud. She said she was in North Carolina but her updated convicted felony record show her in Florida. I dont think a legit company would hire someone with felony assault and gun charges.

Very very very unprofessional!!! If I could give this group a no star I would. This company is impossible to get a hold of on the phone. No body is ever in any of the offices to pickup and answer on any extensions during all business hours the last 3 days I've been trying. Working with an agent, I scheduled and the underwriter no showed. We then rescheduled and he no showed again. When I called him 15 min past when we were supposed to meet he ignored my call after 2 rings. Never returned any of my 10+ calls or my voicemails. I'm starting to think this company is a big scam seeking information.....

Had a rep come to are house about home owner insurance. Gave her my husband bank info, she said they will review his info and if approve they will deduct from his account in 1 week to 3 weeks. But anyway they took money in 2 days and we don't no nothing. No company name, no insurance info, no paper work. No one has contact us about anything and yet taking are money.
